Despite having to track down parts for an older vehicle, brutal snowstorms down south (which lead to delayed parts shipments), and a holiday long weekend, they really came through for me, wiling to put in the OT to get my truck out the door. “So im an idiot my appointment was for tomorrow June 18th 2026 at 8am and I went in this morning thinking it was the 18th and they got me in anyways I didn't even ask i was ready to go back home it was only for 1 brand new caliper rotor and pads that I supplied and they no problem putting it in they just said its not under warranty with them which is understandable so it wasnt a big job thankfully but just getting me in on my dumb mistake deserves a 5 star i think cause they definitely didn't have to do that and the work was done in a little under an hour which was right on time with what they said which was about an hour”
