Amazing customer service. Pick up the phone quickly when you call. Can actually take care of issues when you go see their office. Great prices compared to others. Can pickup and return hardware to their local office, unlike others.

Amazing service, I've had it for approx 15 years and never had a single outage. The only reasons I've had to contact them, are for normal billing updates and such from my end.
