I had the pleasure of dealing with Tanya personally. She was quick to respond and always provided me the information I was looking for. The units are very clean, weather-proof and I had no problem with mice or any other animals so common with other self-storage companies. The yard is secure and always tidy and the security gates and cameras keep out unwanted visitors. I would definitely use Bluewater Self-Storage again and highly recommend it. This place is totally first class and very reasonably priced. Ask for Tanya.

Clean bins, Secure storage facilities, keyed entry for workable hours of entry. Amazing owners to deal with, flexible and straight forward with contract details.We would highly recommend this storage to anyone.It is "on the way" to anyplace in Tiny Township and you can stop at the local fish and chip, gas station and furniture shop for some browsing.

Horrible company. Gave his company a months notice, then communicated a week before to have bin dropped in our driveway. We booked the week off to move. They fail to communicate between husband and wife and left us high an dry. They didn't book a truck to move the bin even with all the communication. Then they had to book a more expensive company to move the bin due to lack of effort booking it and tried to stick us with the bill to move it, even though it was because of their complete lack of management was the problem. Had to call day it was expected to be delivered to find out they didn't even schedule the truck. With all the notice I gave them, unacceptable. Book with secure store. Amazing customer service, got us out of this jam bluewater put us in!
