This place is a massive rip off. Was quoted over 4000 dollars to safety a car with less than 80k on the dash. Got it done elsewhere for 1200 including the safety I had to pay for again. Communication was poor. They treat your car repairs like the insurance industry they are used to milking with their towing business. They will rinse you. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent service from a team of great people who care. Rolled in with Hazards on just after opening and was up on a hoist within 5 minutes to confirm and address problem. Quick fix so they addressed it right away. Top notch.

Called to get a tow 15 minutes up the road after an ordeal with a flat tire. Lovely lady said 45 minutes. I waited and sent my hubby home. Over an hour later I called back and the lady stated that I was next after someone in the ditch. I’m freezing and angry. It’s not even bad out but if you’re too busy, then say so. You have no idea what’s going on in the life of the person waiting.

These folks helped me out without hesitation, I was in a real bind. I was a new customer to them, it's right before Christmas, and they were busy... yet they came out on a Sunday morning and towed my car to their shop, and were able to do the necessary diagnostic/repair on Monday, all for a very fair and reasonable fee. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.

What an awesome company. The dispatcher is really kind and very professional she’s just awesome and the tow driver is also just as awesome and also very professional. This company was recommended to me by one of our clients. They came to tow me out of a snowbank in a timely manner given it was a snow blizzard and the guy came from pretty far away and the price is totally OK and fair.
I highly recommend this company. They are awesome.
