These guys are fantastic. Prompt, communicative, knowledgeable and reasonable. I do wish they had an assessment rate for the quoting process, it was a bit expensive for a 10 minute visit to assess and quote, but otherwise everything worked out and our fireplace ran all winter without a problem.

Tara and her team were amazing when my furnace quit unexpectedly during a major heatwave causing my ac not to work. They installed a new furnace the very next day. The team was very professional and clean. Highly recommend Heritage Fire Co.
