I purchased the Cuban link bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentines, and a month later it was tarnished and chipped! This was very disappointing and the return/exchange process was awful to go through. Not only did I have to pay shipping/handing fees for them to send me a replacement, but they also insisted I pay tracking fees to send back the damaged item. That’s $66 to replace an issue the company is at fault for, and though I shared how it was unfair they said there was no way to waive this fee. These items may look nice but they don’t last and the “lifetime warranty” doesn’t count if you’re paying over half of the original cost for these defects.

The store doesn't even exist. I went there coz I live nearby and there is nothing! They say they have a physical location but they don't. Sounds like a scam to me.

Seems like most negative reviews are concerning customer service, shipping or otherwise. I ordered several pieces (variations of 14K, 18K gold). My complaint is that there is no consistency in the colour of the gold. 2 of the Cuban chains look dull and copper-like, while the bracelet is vibrant gold colour. All gold - don’t all look gold. I spent thousands for quality that didn’t reflect the prices.

Quality is amazing however I ordered 4 times first order I got no problem 2nd order I never received and when I tried reaching out to them they take so long that I lost my timeframe to even find out any information on my delivery I never received a tracking # until the 29th of November and I placed the order on November 17th they proceed to tell me that my item has been marked as delivered and they aren’t liable for any lost items then a day later they respond back to me because I asked them to open a ticket with Canada post so they can start an investigation they completely ignoring what I had asked them and proceeded to give another set of information saying that my order was delivered with my first order, I’m worried about my others orders being stolen and 6Ice doesn’t seem to care one but I told them that their delivery system isn’t good and that I don’t feel safe making purchases if my items are gonna be stolen and or not even sent

Customer service this is a 0 out of 1000. It seems like there on top of sending marketing for deals and anything that brings them money in. But when it comes to a simple return you have to jump through hurdles!! Customer service is horrible!!! Before I give them a 2 stars but I have to bring that down to 0 stars. They lie about the return/ exchange policy. You have to message on multiple platforms for 6ICE to respond to you. There are a dozen other sites with more reliable customer service and frankly better jewelry with better price points! I don’t recommend this company at all. Save yourself the headache and take your business else where!!

Shady company. They sent the wrong item. Ordered a 20” chain, received a 24”. Customer service answered my original email, but it has now been 40 days since Ive heard from them. Product that was sent was poor quality as well.

I purchased 3 necklaces and 2 bracelets from them. They were gifts for my daughter for Christmas. My daughter opened the items from their original packaging on Christmas morning and one of the necklaces came apart.I contacted their customer service and was told by Eve T“Cuban Chain you have has easy-open links. Kindly send us a dm to our IG account for we will send you the video on how to link it back.”In essence repair the jewelry yourself.I replied to Eve T that I didn’t want to repair brand new jewelry and that I believed that it should be repaired professionally or replaced.Eve T then sent me a video clip of someone opening an closing the links on a chain and told me to watch the video “carefully”.This did not sit well with me at all. 6ICE customerService is appalling and they should be ashamed.If you go to the FAQs on their website they pride themselves on the quality of their jewelry and offer lifetime warranty.I do not recommend this company at all. Buyer beware.

My low review is down to the experience once I received my order. I had purchased 3 items from 6 Ice (2 pendants and a chain) one pendant I had purchased arrived in the wrong colour and when I emailed the company about it, it took weeks to receive an explanation as to why I had received the wrong item and my 7 day return window was lost. The pendant I had purchased they advised they didn't make it in the colour I had chosen even though their images only showed it in white gold and white gold was also an option to select. I made my purchase on the 28th December and to this day it has still not been resolved. They don't respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe leaving you to constantly chase up for responses. They have made me believe that once they get your money they don't care about providing good customer service. The jewellery itself though is good quality and had I not had this experience I wouldn't have had an issue being a returning customer but I will take my business else where next time seeing as they didn't care to even turn this experience around.

6ice is a great place to order inexpensive, quality jewelry that looks amazing. I had an issue and they fully gave me a brand new chain, didn’t even want the old one back. Customers seem to always come first with these guys...gunna buy more stuff

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with 6ixIce. The customer service was amazing and I was very pleased with my purchase. The delivery was quick and when my item arrived it was packaged beautifully and protected. I had ordered the 12mm Cuban link chain and I'm in love....overall I was very pleased with my experience and purchase and will continue to be a loyal customer.

My order was never processed.They alleged that the credit card information was not complete and may be fraudulent and demanded that I repeat the process even though the funds were withdrawn.To add insult to injury their withdrawal was $161.85 above my purchase on$161.85 above my order amount.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I ordered two items in March, knowing full well that there’s a pandemic and the package may take extra time to deliver. A month passes, nothing. Of course at this point I had already tried calling the provided phone number on Google but every time I called there was no answer or the line was dead and not working. No tracking or shipping information just silence so I contact the live agent, who informs me that they are changing warehouses etc and my order should arrive in the next week. Okay sure, I wait til the end of June and nothing. Silence and still no shipping or tracking information.I decide to email the customer service and they tell me the item has been sold out (this whole entire time!) and they “tried” contacting me but couldn’t get through. My email and phone number was provided and I hadn’t actually received any sort of notice from them so there’s lie #1. They told me that I can either get a refund or I can get a different item of the same value. I let them know that not only did I not get contacted to be made aware that this item was out of stock, but I also let the individual know that their phone number is not working. I asked for a full refund. After sending that email, I was expecting a full refund to happen as I had specified. However, I received another email a week later saying that once again they had “tried” contacting me but couldn’t get through. It is now July 5 and I still do not have a refund and I’m still playing email tag with this company. I do not recommend this company to anybody and I will never online shop for jewellery ever again. They owe me about $400 and I’m still waiting for that. Screenshots below:
