Absolutely horrible experience. There is a black employee working here (She was on the shift just now) and is rude and racially profiles. She can understand everyone else, but the moment she sees an Indian customer, she will pretend she can't understand what is being said. Will never ask for ID with anyone else, but the moment it is an Indian buying smokes, she would want to see the ID, irrespective of the fact that you may be 40 yrs plus, with white hair, but SHE WILL RUDELY DEMAND an ID and if you try and reason with her she will misbehave with you and tell you she doesn't care how old you might be, she wants to see an ID as if she owns the store.

New review: its 11:50pm and they're actively shutting the place down to customers. Its still marked as 24 hours. Yet I won't be able to go in after midnight. Like what the hell. Theres a couple of reviews s I've seen about racial profiling. Theyre not, I've been rejected from entry with both my natural light coloured hair and purple hair as a white woman.
Old review: So tell me why is this marked is twenty four hour if I can't go in at three am

I live near by and I buy staff from there. They all friendly but only one black women, she is very terrible in costumer service. She always speak with in bad manner and attitude. I think she has issues and I decided to never go there again.

I’m deeply disappointed by how this 7/11 operates late at night. The store advertises 24/7 opening, yet I’ve often been denied entry after midnight.
What’s especially troubling is that this doesn’t seem random. Over the past year, I’ve noticed a clear pattern: every time I happen to arrive at the door with a white person — even at 3 or 4 a.m. — the staff open the door and let us in. But when I come alone, or with other non-white customers, we’re told the store is closed.
For instance, just a couple of nights ago, on Nov 2, 2025, around 2:30 a.m., I managed to get in only because a white man arrived at the same time and the door opened for him. But the next night, on Nov 3, around 12:30 am, both I and another Asian person were told the store was “closed until 6 a.m.”
This has happened enough times to be no longer a coincidence. It’s racial profiling, plain and simple, and it has no place in our neighbourhood. As someone who often works late and depends on this store, I’m asking management to investigate this behaviour seriously and make sure everyone is treated equally, regardless of race.

Went late last night. The South Asian employee with earphones on didn't even unlock the door for the 6 people wanting to go in and buy stuff. He walked past us and saw us waiting so it seemed like he was intentionally ignoring us.

The food here is convenient, you can find mostly everything you need here.
What I did come here to talk about is the service from the staff.
Even though they’re on the edge of the Junction, I swear they’re in the heart of it.
The people here treat me and my Kid like family. They’re thoughtful. They remember the things I like. And they give you the kind of customer service you’d expect here in the Junction. I am very thankful to have them here.
