It's a 7-Eleven, so don't expect fine dining. That being said; it's clean, well-stocked, generally good service, has what you need and is in a convenient location for students like me. Probably will be making regular visits to this location.

At approx. 4pm on July 25 I witnessed one of your employees screaming at full volume at a homeless person who had attempted to steal a carton of juice from the store. The homeless man gave the carton back and your associate then proceeded to corner him, so he could not leave, and continued screaming. I had to physically get in the middle of them in order to prevent your associate from assaulting this man. Tell me, is this how your associates are allowed to act? I will be calling tomorrow to file a police report based on what I witnessed.

No the most convenient of convenience stores, lacking in some bare basic commodities, service was pleasant enough

Straight up lying about their prices and so-called "tax". Aside from this site being just as or more expensive than the Rexall across the street, the prices advertised on the shelf are lower than what actually scans on the register. When you ask why, they say "Oh it's the tax added." When you look at the receipt, the higher price is obviously the cost of goods before tax (which they do charge). I had to actually point to their own merchandise and tag to get them to refund me my money. Officially blacklisted. ZERO stars.

It’s quite shady but it’s the only place in my area to get snacks and groceries at any time. I use self checkout to get more points. Overall not a bad place if u need bread, milk, or eggs quick.

Recently I have been to a couple of 7 eleven stores with nothing but problems. This store actually has it together. They have products displayed and ready. The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. This store should be training all the 7 eleven staff. Good job and I will be back

POSSIBLE SCAM ALERT!!! watch your money at night, they are preying on drunk people and double charging, the first time this happened at this location was late at night and it was only a couple bucks so I let it slide but took note. The second time it happened I pulled out my phone with receipts and the cashier lied and told me it was the transaction was the previous costumers, he lied again telling me he couldn't give me a refund cause he didn't have the password, HMM how you run a store without access to the till?? then they told me to come back the next day hoping I would forget, he wouldn't give me a time of when to show so he wouldn't be there. Then I show up in the morning he's not there and the lady cashier lie's to my face and tells me to come back tomorrow because the manager isn't there, mean while he's in the basement. so after I wouldn't leave she calls the manager up and after 15 minutes of explaining I finally get my refund (in cash when I payed debit so that excuse is out the window), also my friend ordered food that night and they told him he had already gotten the food, so it wasn't just me, this is a common scam these day's, overcharge the customer, pump up your till and so long as the books are balanced you walk away with the extra.

The incident was on August 5, 2022. Around 1:40 AM at 7-Eleven College and Spadina. I had a Doordash pickup from that store, went inside and showed my order name to a staff. He told me he dont have one item and he is not willing to contact the customer so that he can give me similar item with the order. So told me contact with the customer or cancel the order from my side. I told him to let me try to contact the customer becuase there was only one item from that order which wasnt available. I can't cancel the order because I already drove for 3+km and I wont receive any payment for that, additionally, I will lose my completion rate. After a while, i told him the customer didnt responding, give me a similar item. As this was just an item, i will explain to the customer when i deliver the order. If she dont meet at door, i would leave a note. The staff refused and rudely replied he wont give me similar item or anything. Even he asked me to contact the customer, as the customer wasn’t replying, i asked to give me the order. He immediately lied, told me, he didnt asked me to contact the customer. I showed the texts, he told me I have no proof that he asked me to contact. I told him, yes he asked me to contact the customer. Then i wanted to leave that argument and calmly requested to give me a similar item with the order. It will be fine for both of us, or I would ened up getting $0 for driving and wasting time as well. Every time he replied rudely. He shouted with slangs amd asking me to leave the store or he will beat me. I was really shocked why he was doing such thing with me which was completely unprofessional and his personal anger. I replied with my raised voice, it wasnt my fault then why youre shouting???Then he really intended to attack me inside the store, and was climbed the front desk to beat me. Yes that was 100% true, if anyone from the store or the manager checks the camera footage of that night, around 1:35 AM to 1:45 AM, will see he was intended to attack me and was climbing the front desk/cash desk. But for god sake, he stopped himself and abused me with slangs.I really lost my mind after what i faced. I really scared as he was about to hitting me. I contacted with Doordash support. Then left the store. I cant forget that night, never. Wont go to this store, never ever. Neither for app pickup nor for my personal need.(I added the photo of that staff and blurred his face due to privacy)

Terrible employees running night shift. I order from the 7NOW app at 4am and it seems like they used a doordash driver to deliver my food after waiting 1 hour. I click the tracking link and the employees must have completely entered my address wrong so the driver calls me when nobody is there to pickup the food at the incorrect address. (7-Eleven app shows that I inputed correct address) Driver calls and lies that he will give it to my correct address and never shows up. Now i spent 1.5hrs waiting for nothing and another 10 minutes calling support for a refund. Also, the employees do not pick up their telephone number at all they just pick it up to stop the ringing then hangs up. Update: the reply by 7-Eleven is useless I wrote everything to the link they provided with “extra details” and they closed the case immediately with some excuse why even ask us to waste our time more then dismiss them immediately?
