The absolute worse experience I have ever had in a store. I was browsing for a snack and a female employee came out of the back and asked me if I was looking for anything and I said no bc there wasn’t anything in particular i was looking for. She then told me to leave the store and claimed she “saw me on the camera”. I was outraged and asked her to show me this footage repeatedly. She repeated this garbage for a while about how “she saw me on the camera” She then backpedaled after she saw my anger and said there were 2 people on the camera and maybe I wasn’t the person. More lies because there was no one around me. I then asked her name which she said was “Radika” but I don’t know if that is her actual name and then she went and hid in the back. HORRIBLE customer service, I get that there are a lot of thefts lately but that is no excuse for treating me like a common criminal , you cannot just falsely accuse someone of something and try to kick them out with no consequences. This incredibly rude girl has no clue how to treat people and should not be working in the service industry. I left there very upset and disgusted. I hope this is addressed by the manager.

The staff is so rude here. They're always on the phone talking to their friends and don't say a word to customers. They literally just tap on the screen to show the total and walk away

I was mugged in the 2nd aisle and there was only 1 employee who didn’t do anything other than to kick me out after I got robbed the. Later when I came back they kicked me out again because I was wearing a hoodie.

District manager should speak to manager. At 1AM, no hot food (hot dog or taquitos) on the grill. Employees do not bother restocking the hot grill late at night.

Abysmal. There are maybe two staff members here who care at all and one in particular is rude almost beyond description. If you ever find yourself placing an online order and it says it's coming from here, cancel it. It will be wrong.

When Partibhan was the supervisor here, the store felt welcoming and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the staff here are lacking in customer care. It appears a staff member (who drives a white Lexus), drove across the Tim Horton's lot directly to the 7-Eleven lot (which is illegal) and almost hit my 81-year-old grandmother who uses a walker for mobility. We tried to navigate around him while he continued to reverse into a parking spot which 2 staff members were waiting right beside. Perhaps he is the supervisor as they removed an orange cone and were both waiting for him to park. I looked directly at him to gain his attention and told him off multiple times. I know I shouldn't have shouted the things I did but he stopped his car after that which is what mattered. I still wanted to report this incident as I live in High Park and this 7-Eleven is surrounded by older adult retirement homes.
I have loved coming to this location since I was a little girl and am disappointed with this situation. It was dangerous.
We decided not to go in after this interaction.
