Terrible service, the old lady at the cashier named Carla said that per policies I need a Canadian ID to be id’d so I could buy a cigarr, even though I am a tourist who is 24 y/o and who showed the ID and Drivers License and pointed to the date of birth, she didn’t even looked at me when she said it and would keep her eyes on the monitor they have, was very rude and should get fired, I am going to file a big complaint with consumer’s because she refused to talk to me even though I just asked for her to show the policy. Horrible.

I came here on Sunday October 13th around 6:35pm. There’s this employee who works their who is always harassing me about my health card and this is the third time she’s done this. She keeps telling me that you guys don’t accept health cards but I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the other employees have always accepted my health card and it’s also accepted at the LCBO. I don’t know if she’s new but she needs to get trained properly.

There is very nice lady at this 711 location her name is margarita, she is kind and have excellent customer service I was waiting and she was busy so she wasn't able to help me right away but she acknowledged me and with a smile told me to please wait, we need more people like that in customer service. She also told me about the points card. I was there today.

Came to this Store on Thursday around 12:55Pm to buy something and wanted to use washroom also but lady said it's only for Employees. When I showed her that it's written for customers only then she said this store doesn't allow washrooms for anyone. We buy and leave store no washroom for anyone. When I ask if we buy then we can use washroom then she buy or not no washroom for anyone. So is this a service of 7-11 ??? Sending this in email to Main7-11. Thanks for service.
There are so many people looking for a Job. If this is too much stressful for her. Hire someone else then we will get some good service and will be able to buy something whenever hungry.
