She was extremely helpful and responsive - got back to me right away and even offered a cheaper option for me (provided a few quote options) to print my larger prints so I could proof them before finalizing. Incredibly polite and understanding owner! She let me come in while her shop was closed to the public and let me print some documents to save my Christmas presents! She even tried to refuse payment after but I wouldn't have it. She deserves any business or support you can give her!
