Great experience with Ben. I have gone to him a few times now and he is always responsive (easiest to email him if you're trying to find a time to come by) and fast in terms of actually doing the appraisal. He has helped me verify value for jewelry of good quality that I have bought, but also wasn't afraid to share his opinion for a bad piece of jewelry that we ultimately returned. That's exactly what you want from an appraiser. Also pleasant to deal with!

Recently had an appraisal done at AGL. Ben Bernstein was wonderful. Explained all of the complexities of appraisals, and answered my many questions. He is a real pro! Also a convenient location with parking next door, and a Starbucks across the street where you can wait. I highly recommend AGL. Thank You Ben!

Fake Fake Fake, The stone which I thought were valuable and real were Fake ,I Thank Ben from saving me thousands of dollars . I returned the stones on time and got the money back from those untrustworthy auction guys and their fake appraisal/ verification from Karaman appraisal( known for bad appraisal and fake stones), the auction guys take no responsibility and claiming the stone was an Aquamarine but was actually Euclase stone. Ben is a humble , humorous and nice dude looking out for you. He does verification in an hour or two . Gets the job done in a professional manner . Unlike other appraisals where they take days and is a potential risk of gem / stone swaps.Thank you again Ben , You the Man !!!

We took a number of pieces to Accurate for appraisal. You need to be very careful when it comes to jewellery. Many shops will low ball the value and offer to buy it. Ben was very professional and provided a certificate with each item. He also had good suggestions as to where to sell the jewellery. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been going to AG Labs for years. Ben is so friendly and helpful. When he’s not busy he can appraise and give me a certificate while I wait or do other errands in the area.
