Big ups to Jennifer, I only had a photo of the garment and she continued looking for the item based off the description. Once I found the tag, she worked very efficiently to find the garment. She had very a positive attitude and kind demeanour. Thank you for such a great and efficient shopping experience!

I came here with the primary purpose of buying a graphic tee with the American Eagle logo on it. The website shows many options are available, and yet when I arrived, they only had one single shirt with a small logo off to one corner.
How can a clothing store not carry any t-shirts that display their own logo in a visible fashion?
I'm very confused as to how this is could be normal. These companies usually have more of such garments to advertise themselves than they can even sell.
Very disappointing!

My friends and I had a great experience at the American Eagle store in Yorkdale Shopping Centre. The store offers a wide variety of styles and sizes, making it easy to find something for everyone.
What truly made our visit special was the amazing customer service provided by Ava.
She was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a positive shopping experience. The rest of the staff were also kind and approachable. Highly recommend visiting this location

Used to pride myself in telling family and friends the fair pricing of this aerie location for their clothing. They use to reflect online pricing exactly, and price match when needed. Supposedly their “store policy” has changed and no longer do this. They rather unfairly charge customers double the price versus keeping their loyalty to their clientele and just price match their online store pricing.

Andrea was super helpful

All their clothes shrink even when following wash instructions. Customer service hotline refuses to exchange or refund.

Decided to shop in person at Aerie as I saw some items online that I was interested in but unsure of. Sarah was very professional and helpful in providing measurements, recommendations and finding items that weren't available in-store. I don't have an Aerie close to me but am glad I made the trip!

In search of new jeans I popped into American Eagle and had my faith restored that amazing customer service still does exist! Holly helped me out today and her denim knowledge was excellent. She understood my needs and showed me exactly what I was looking for AND had wonderful conversation in the process. Would highly recommend A+++!
