I would highly recommend AML Motors for all your car repairs and service. A family run business that has served the community for more than six decades, AML has a solid reputation. I had an issue with our car's battery, and they replaced the necessary part within the battery, rather than simply replacing the battery. A few dollars rather than a few hundred. A small thing, but it shows their integrity and attention to detail.

Incredible customer service as well as mechanical service. They fixed a hard to diagnose problem with my car and I didn’t feel nickled and dimed. I highly recommend AML.

I required a standard check up and I found AML to be very thorough. I appreciated the fact sheet supplied at the end of the service detailing my cars status. Front desk staff are friendly. There is a comfortable waiting area.

AML has never let me down over the many years that I have taken my vehicles there. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed, they are ready to answer any questions that you may have along with a time and date for your cars’ return. For me, they have ALWAYS been on time and have fixed my vehicle with an accurate quote.
There are so many distractions and sometimes let-downs that we come across each day, but AML always comes through and I drive away content knowing that I will be there for the next visit.

Thank you AML Auto Service for rescuing me. Visting from Parry Sound when my car broke down late at night in Midtown. CAA towed me to AML, next morning they addressed the issue so quickly and were able to fix it. Thank you so much! So highly recommended by my daughter, and now by me. If you are out of town and break down in Toronto, this is the place to go.

I came to this AutoService because I saw lots of great comments on it, and after reviewing their web page, I trusted to go there and left my vehicle.
Let's evaluate with detail the experience, perhaps I was the exception to their wonderful service they provide to all their customers.
My experience:
Customer Service: I didn't have an appointment, I just walk-in and the person in charge very friendly to accomodate my vehicle within the same day. That was awesome. Five stars.
Communication: The SUV was ready to pick-up, I got an e-mail and a call. What a wonderful way to follow-up your customers with a promtly communication. Five Stars.
Service: The service was "FULL Service Euro Oil Change", which includes
- lube hinges,
- locks and latches
- check and top-up tire pressures
- check and top-up accessible fluid levels
- perform multi point inspection
- reset maintenance reminder
Looks great when you read it. I said my vehicle is going to be treated well, AML Auto Service giving the extra mile for their customers.
The reality was, the Oil service was made, and they reset the maintenance reminder too. The SUV had low coolant level the day of the service, so I was expecting that they top-up that fluid.
I pick-up the SUV a couple of hours later, and the surprise was, low coolant level again, and tire pressure was the same ( One tire had low pressure, that's why I notice it). I left the Auto Service and headed to work that day.
To wrap-up, I hope they did my Oil change, because I have no way to double check that, I just trust on them. The fact that they forgot to top-up the coolant fluid, it's not a big deal, I can go to Canadian Tire or Dealership and top-up that by myself.
It's just, the fact that if you offer to give the customer something, the customer is going to be waiting to get that, otherwise I'll suggest to the company to remove
- check and top-up tire pressures
- check and top-up accessible fluid levels
In that way, the customer get what he paid for, and avoid to feel disappointed with false promises. I could come back to the Autoservice to top-up the fluids, but that represents to me time that I don't have.
One more time, top-up fluids and tire pressure, no big deal, but that makes the difference and creates fidelity to come back again in the future, and next generations.
My best advice, If you go there for a service, double check that the required service was made. If you notice something on the spot, They will be happy to assist you with all your enquiries.

What a wonderful experience at AML Auto Service! I cannot recommend this company enough because of the prompt, informative, pleasant response I received from my initial call to determine how to fix my vehicle. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon; I Googled " top mechanics in Toronto," and AML came up amongst two others closer to me. I called all three. One company did not answer the phone, and I was met with an uninterested, surly-sounding man at the other. Then, I called AML. Kristen answered pleasantly, asked lots of questions about my vehicle to determine the next steps, and informed me about how to proceed. That was it- customer service right from the start. The car was repaired within the time Kristen said it would, and it runs like a charm. For someone who is not automotive savvy but puts a lot of stock in customer relations, I will tell everyone to take their vehicles to AML for service!
