“An iconic building that has been well preserved and is still well used. There is an underground access to college park station which makes this a great place to be able to access the subway as well as a station that has access to good shopping and other amenities.”
“I have been at 77 Howard Street for about 18 months and am quite happy in this well maintained building. I had a couple of small problems but they were handled very quickly. I use a walker and find that everybody will hold door open for me. This pet friendly building has an area out front where people can walk their dogs and I enjoy watching them.”
“The building is clean, management gets back to me fast, and honestly Faizan has been amazing. He’s super helpful, patient, and really goes out of his way to make things easier. I really appreciate everything he’s done . Thank you so much, Faizan!”
