“I would like to leave a very positive review about Rosemarie Serrano. She is a wonderful lady who responded to our phone call very quickly when we were looking for an apartment in this building.
Although we did not end up choosing an apartment here, Rosemary was incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and gave us a detailed tour. We actually called and arrived about five minutes later, and she welcomed us right away without making us wait at all. She was very friendly, smiling, and pleasant to talk to.
I also noticed how she interacts with the residents of the building, and it was clear that they treat her with a lot of respect.
For anyone considering apartments in this building, I would say that some units may feel a bit small for the price, but that is quite typical for this area where prices are generally higher. The apartments do have good amenities such as a washer, dishwasher, and plenty of closet space. The building also has a pool and a gym, which is a nice bonus.”

“I was impressed with Do my laundry service the first time I used them. The gentleman that pick up and drop off have been so kind. I haven't had to do any of the heavy lifting at all. They take care of it and make it so easy for me. I'm grateful to them. My laundry is fresh, really clean and folded better than I do it myself.”

“I have been at 77 Howard Street for about 18 months and am quite happy in this well maintained building. I had a couple of small problems but they were handled very quickly. I use a walker and find that everybody will hold door open for me. This pet friendly building has an area out front where people can walk their dogs and I enjoy watching them.”
