Today, I visited the Apple store Fairview. I am really glad, one of the guy namely surgeon! Can`t remember his name, but he looks Sri-Lankan. He is really supportive and friendly. I had a problem with my charging and he give me quick and efficient response! I really appreciate your service and Help. Once again thanks.

I went in for an upgrade at the Apple Store at Fairview Mall and was helped by Monarch, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly at every step.
He made sure all my data was properly backed up to iCloud, handled the process of trading in my old iPhone smoothly, and walked me through each part so I always knew what was happening. I never felt rushed, which made a huge difference.
I also had a physical SIM that needed to be converted to an eSIM. My network provider was no help at all, but Monarch went out of his way to get it done for me in-store—even though it wasn’t technically part of his job.
This was truly an incredible customer service experience. Monarch is amazing at what he does, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I now know exactly where we’ll be coming for all our future Apple products. Highly recommend this store—and especially Monarch!

The iBurger™ was sooo gooood! Was worth the expensive price. I know it was only available for a limited time. So I am happy I tried it. I have spent my hard earned money from my 9 to 5 job on this burger. Best Burger Ever!!!

I had an appointment at the Apple Store at Fairview Mall to replace my iPhone battery. We arrived early and were checked in ahead of time, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience became frustrating. The appointment was said to take about two hours since there were two phones involved, and we said we didn't mind waiting till both phones were ready. When we returned at the time we were told, the phones were not ready. We were first told it would be another 10 minutes, which was understandable given the store's busy nature. After checking again with a different employee, we were told another 10 minutes. When we asked a third time, a third employee informed us that one of the phone screens had been broken by the technician and that it would take an additional 20 minutes. After that, we were told we still needed to be checked in again and that it would be another 10–15 minutes before the technician could come out with our phones. In total, we waited almost an extra hour beyond what we were told and had to cancel another appointment we had scheduled. When the phone was finally brought out, we politely asked if anything could be done due to the extended wait. The only response we received was that the replacement screen was free since it had been broken during the repair. While that is expected, the communication and time management throughout the process were disappointing
