Ceasar was soooo nice! Patient and eloquent. My mom was rambling on and on while I was explaining and to my surprise he heard and understood everything! Great multi tasker and kept us calm. Problem solved so much faster than I expected too

Mary gave the best customer service!I had the best customer experience ever because of Mary at the Apple Store at Sherway gardens. I don’t usually write many reviews but I have to because of how she helped me! I have not had great experiences with apple in the past and she has completely changed my view of their customer service. Making me want to purchase apple products again when I was going to switch. She is a great problem solver and is genuinely kind. Thank you apple and most of all thank you Mary!

Can't even provide basic information to walk-in customers. I recently visited the store to inquire about the iPhone and Apple Watch battery replacement cost. I was told that I need to make an appointment for them to provide me any information. GREAT Customer service!!

I had great experience at this Apple Store thanks to Gill's exceptional service.Gill was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout my phone purchase. The honesty and transparency when facilitating a purchase was really valuable to me.

Rachel at the genius bar was amazing! She's really helped me out. I was in a super frustrated and bad mood and was actually incredibly rude... She was extremely patient and dealt with everything with kindness, patience and professionalism and my issue was resolved. Thanks Rachel! I wish everyone was more like you and I hope your managers know how great you are!

My visit to the Apple Store was exceptional, all thanks to Diya. She displayed an incredible level of knowledge, patience, and a willingness to go above and beyond in resolving my tech issues. Diya's friendly demeanor and expertise not only made my visit enjoyable but also left me thoroughly impressed. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the Apple team. In fact, the whole team at this store consistently goes the extra mile, making it truly one of a kind among the numerous Apple stores I've visited.

You can see the joy on my face when we add newbies from Apple to our home♥️The pictures showing the joy of getting the MacBook but let me tell you my experience in there it was pleasant as they were very helpful and they let me know about all the products. They guide you so well according to your needs.

Bad experience picking up the latest iPhone. No clear signage to avoid the line outside while having the appointment for pickup. Plus the asian guy controlling the line was really rude. Have had great experience with Apple Square one and would prefer that store going forward even if its not a day 1 pickup for me

My iPhone was blocked. I came to the Apple store for help. The manager named Brandon told me that my phone was reported as stolen and that there was nothing he could do to help. This is despite the fact that I provided all the papers that I received when buying an iPhone. I just can't understand how a company as famous as iPhone hires such incompetent employees as manager Brandon.

Poor customer service experience at the genius bar. Diagnosis is poor and unclear. It’s just a bunch people working to pretend they are a Genius.I am going to give a 1/5 review.My issue: Macbook pro 2011 doesn’t boot up. I want to export my hard-drive to an external hard-drive and safe my stuff.The “Genius” failed to tell me that hard drive needs to be repaired and he failed to tell me that I need to go to a non authorized Apple store.Do you have no shame Apple? Train your staff to advise customers properly.

I don’t really believe in writing bad reviews. But this store is so poorly managed by Levi and Nadine - the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with in any customer service interaction I’ve ever had and I feel compelled to write this. If someone has their boss’ direct email address please comment as I keep getting the run around from the corporate office / customer service / other staff. I still can’t believe I am dealing with Apple with the level of misconduct and lack of decency I’ve had to endure.

Apple Sherway is a big apple store which sells all latest apple products. There's staff to help you and guide you but people here walking in takes time to get to know about the products and it's features, so they are mostly busy. There are good chances that you may need to wait for a while to talk to a sales person.

Booked 12noon genius appointment arrived earlier checked in, employee said 15-20 minute wait and sits me down. 45 min later no one helped all the employees are standing around taking to each other looking right through me like I’m a ghost. At this point I ask and apparently they canceled my appointment in their system. At this point I’m frustrated and they told me they will get help asap... 130pm someone finally comes. Apple is trash
