Worst customer service. Employees are full of attitude. They act like they’re paying for our products.
I anyhow purchased an iphone. Was being told to receive receipt in e-mail. It has been a month, no receipt.
Is it really apple company? Dude.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Yorkdale to test the new Apple Vision Pro, and it was an incredible experience!
Ruby guided me through the entire process, answering my questions and explaining every feature in detail. She was welcoming and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The Vision Pro itself is impressive – the quality and innovation are remarkable. While I absolutely loved the product, I may hold off for the next generation due to its weight and the current lack of compatible accessories.
Overall, it was a fantastic visit with outstanding service from Ruby. Thank you, Apple Yorkdale!

My recent disappointing experience at Yorkdale Mall store: Despite my extremely demanding schedule at work, I made time for an Apple Vision Pro demo appointment on Oct 24 at 8pm, only to be informed upon arrival that the device was not working. This was particularly frustrating given the confirmation email I received two hours prior, assuring me that the appointment was ready.
The sales associate's politeness was appreciated, but the lack of communication left me feeling quite inconvenienced. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.

I visited the store yesterday to try on the Apple Watch Series 10 in gold and natural with Milanese loop, as it was the one I was considering purchasing. However, when I arrived, there was only one table with like 4 watches available, crowded with people, and only one gold watch on display, but with a different band. I waited for 15 minutes hoping to try it on, but I never got the chance. Unfortunately, no employees approached me to offer assistance during my wait, which was disappointing.
