This Ardene location is really spacious and well-organized. I love how the employees aren’t overly pushy but are always helpful when needed. My sister even lost her phone here, and the staff found it and kept it safe, which I really appreciated.

I think its time that Ardene comes clean with their stand on customer service. They should just admit that they want to harass customers in their policy or website, so that we make informed decision to go there. I was treated with racist attitude from the cashier in this location, when emailed customer service, zero action was taken, its so funny. At the Scarborough Town Centre location, when I went ti return an item they wanted to see my credit card statement despite me having a proper receipt, again zero action have been taken. Also super funny. I have seen previous reviews about racism at this specific location and as usual the business owner did not even bother to address those at least under the review. ? If you also check the reviews here, they hardly addressed reviews that are negative.
My recommendation is to avoid this brand altogether (unless you are white or prefer to get harassed). There are many other stores that would provide similar quality clothing at a much cheaper cost and way better customer service. ?

Pathetic customer service. I had to return a purse my wife had purchased here. The other store on Lawrence refused a return, saying "we dont do returns, in this store." So the second time I came to this store where I had originally purchased it, driving 20 minutes to return a $15 worth purse. And the lady at the checkout says this reciept doesn't have this purse in it. I showed her the item in the reciept and she says the description doesn't match the item. This is ridiculous, how is that my fault, you have store cameras check what mistake you did on the day you sold it to my wife, with a faulty recipient. The tag with the barcodes and price is still attached to the purse. Would never advise anyone to come here.

I went into this location for boot socks! In which I found but my goodness the customer service is absolutely terrible, non existent. There was two girls working and from I walked in, not a single “hello”, not a single “do you need help with anything”, if I didn’t ask where the socks were, neither of them would’ve helped. A simple “Hi”, goes a long way to a customer and if I really didn’t need the socks, I would’ve walked right back out. It’s unfortunate because the store is big, has a good variety of clothing/accessories to choose from, but the customer service will deter me from returning to that PARTICULAR location, again!
