Wickstead Street - Toronto Great fast service for my few scratches on my BMW x3 - Nicole was great with her bubbly attitude and great responses to email. Darren, the estimator, was so detailed and again, so thoughtful. All promises were filled. Excellent service and highly recommended.

STAY AWAY from these people. They are rude and they will rip you off. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. They want to start an insurance job before they gave me an estimate paid out of pocket on the same vehicle. They can't be trusted...STAY away

Great service! I took my car to Assured Leaside as a result of an accident, and they made the process smooth and easy. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up from the shop, and they also took my rental back to Enterprise when I came to collect my car. My insurance company sent me there. I truly care about my car and I want to keep it as long as I can.
The team there was exceptional. They professionally went over my car and exceeded my expectations on repairs done.
I had found a further (small) blemish on my car that matched the car that hit me. It seemed improbable that it came from the other car but it wasn’t there before and the collision was violent and I honestly don’t remember how every little scratch came about.. I told them I wasn’t sure it was from the accident and he said he couldn’t change his appraisal as it would be unfair or sneaky to the insureco. I respected his response and standards. He did the repair anyway and didn’t charge my insureco. Class act and how I’d do it - I hope - if it were my business.
So happy to have my car back and I will go to them from now on for all cosmetic issues or an honest opinion.

First (and hopefully last) time making an insurance claim. Insurance sent me to Assured Automotive, who made it all very easy. They coordinated with the rental car company, repaired my car, and even detailed it. Very friendly people to deal with.

My insurance company recommended the shop to get my car fixed from a recent accident. They had great communication during the whole process updating me by email every couple of days and letting me know what was going on since we were waiting for parts that was taking longer than expected. Would highly recommend this place to family or friends!

Have been nothing less than amazing. Nicole and Gaston truly went over and above what I call customer satisfaction I would highly recommend them and trust them for any work that you would have regarding your Automotive vehicle. As today it is very hard to find honest people that you can trust. I personally can attest to spending over over $20,000 with them I don't look at it as a repair I look at it as an investment and a relationship that I can count on in the future

I am completely satisfied with the service they gave me. They were very quick and organized with the repair of my vehicle. The attention that Gaston and the secretary (unfortunately I forgot her name) gave me was always very good, especially for me who had never been through a situation like this. Mr. Gaston was always willing to answer all my questions and doubts, they always treated me with great kindness and respect. My vehicle was very well fixed. I really liked the detail of returning my vehicle with the exterior washed and it added value to their services.

Was recommended by our insurance provider to bring our vehicle to this body shop for repairs. Super convenient to get to as it was within our neighbourhood, as well as they were very cordial with updates. Job was completed in much faster time than expected and the repair was done in superb fashion, almost felt if our car was brand new once again.

Assured Automotive in Leaside provided the best customer service with the repairs for my vehicle. They were quick to respond and proactive with updates, delivered my repaired vehicle much faster than anticipated and were a pleasure to work with. There was some paint splatters left in my car after they fixed it and they were so quick to take it back, clean it again and ensure I was satisfied with the end result. They were also super helpful in arranging my transportation to and from Enterprise for my rental car. Together with my insurance company (Intact), I felt my vehicle repair and management was FLAWLESS. Thank you Assured Automotive Leaside! Would HIGHLY recommend their services for a stress-free and timely vehicle repair.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting them for fixing my car due to the recent accident. They fixed it on time but with minor issues that I noticed later. So I had to go back, they acknowledged the issue and gave me free rental car for 4 days that I can go to hospital with car. And they fixed the issue perfectly.
I usually don’t write +/- reviews but they helped a lot when I needed with smile.
