They did a quick work on my nissan juke compared to the ones I have gotten repair before assured probably went beyond my expectations and the service. My vehicle was delivery before the expected date with major repairs. Barely 2 weeks it was amazing. Thanks to David and his team for keeping in touch and going along the way.- Baljit

We called AssuredYorokdale for our rust warranty application we wanted to know what is going on since we submitted it few months ago. This time we called and David answered our call and he explained everything what’s was going on apparently our warranty was declined due some stone chips and staff but regardless David was very helpful and explained why it is like this.even we didn’t get service but still satisfied with customer service

First i was quoted for $1400 which i was fine with. After when i picked up the car i was extremely dissatisfied how everything was handled.First off my car was driven to another repair shop without my knowledge and the gas that was used to transport the car there (over 20km trip) was not replace and the tank was empty when the car was returned to me. I do not expect that a full tank of gas be in the car, but it should of been filled up to what it was at before or a credit been given to me in the bill. When i asked for $20 off the bill for it they declined. On top of not compensating me for the gas and driving my car. Thwy unplugged my dash cam inside the car! You have no right to touch my personal items inside my car!!!!Second, the car was not cleaned or detailed when it was returned. There was dirty hand prints all over the car where the body shop had replaced the bumper and on the inside of the car. I was told it was detailed/cleaned which it was not.Thirdly, i was told that my vehicle needed to calibrated and aligned because of the sensor in the front of the bumper since it was replaced. THIS COSTED ME AN ADDITIONAL $400 WHICH WAS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL QUOTE! The guy at the shop told me that they had "missed this" before giving me the quote. I should not have to pay this as it was not on the original qoute! Total cost ended up being $1800! This is ridiculous because you guys WORK AT A VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP AND SHOULD KNOW WHAT CARS HAVE ACC OR CHECK FOR IT!!!!!EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. Will never get my car repaired here again....Service: Body & Trim
