“I went for a passport photo and the staff member who helped me took multiple photos to make sure we got one that complied with Canadian passport photo rules, even giving me a kleenex to wipe the sweat off my face to decrease glare. Sure enough, when I went to the passport office, my photo was accepted no problem, but a woman next to me was turned away because her photo had glare. Can't thank Grand Bargain enough for saving me from a similar fate!”
