Very Disappointed with the Admin Staff. They came onsite site and provided an estimate. After Day 1 - they need a second day but did not convey any cost. Considering they did a complete site visit prior to quoting us.We were charged for the second day - they assumed that we would accept the charges. They company policy states that they will not proceed unless they have the documentation signed prior. 2 weks layer - Still waiting fir a call back / resolutionThe moving team was great.

I needed to have a bedroom set dismantled and brought downstairs to the garage. Augusta Movers was very responsive in accommodating my request on a very short notice. The two gentlemen that came out were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable in their work and extremely careful in bringing the furniture down. Very friendly, professional service too. Michael and the crew were a great help. They neatly and secured packed everything, wrapping my furniture multiple times with wraps and blankets, before moving all the stuff in my house to our new place. Aside from the job, Michael was wonderful to work with. Thank you for making my move so easy!

A lot of our customers are in transition and can scramble from company to company and Augusta comes highly recommended! They are quick but careful and considerate of the building whenever they're brought on.
