The system is quite advanced and modern for popular Chinese songs, featuring melody tracking. The song selection receives mixed reviews; some find it good with English songs available, while others find it extremely limited, noting missing classics, limited Japanese songs, and some English lyrics that aren't well synchronized. There is no romanized visual aid for non-English songs. They sell cooked food, snacks, and plenty of drink options, though the food is often described as lukewarm and not very tasty, and drinks like soda are considered overpriced. Staff are described as friendly by some, but not very polite or helpful by others, with reports of abrupt payment interruptions. It is not wheelchair accessible. Happy hour offers a flat rate for a five-hour period. There is a minimum spend for rooms, a cash discount, and a mandatory service charge. Everyone needs ID. Despite some drawbacks, many customers had a fun, great time and would go again.
Came here for a pal’s bday party. It was nice but hard to find.

Disappointing experience at this karaoke spot. The staff was rarely around and difficult to communicate with, which made it hard to get help when needed.
