Xin at Balenciaga Yorkdale provided exceptional service. Although my size wasn’t available, his attentiveness and knowledge made the experience stand out. He’s the best SA I’ve dealt with, and I’ll definitely be seeking him out for future purchases. Five stars

If you’re ever shopping at this location, ask for Sharon! She is super nice and knows her products very well. I learned a lot about the brand and different styles and I would recommend anybody I know to do business with her. 10/10 customer service experience!
