Chloe at Bath & Body Works was amazing! She’s so cute and had such great energy. She helped me find some new scents that I absolutely love and made the whole experience fun and easy. The rest of the staff was also very nice and welcoming. Such a great shopping experience!

Amazing customer service, such a pretty store. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to brighten up their day. Got helped by an associate and the manager. They were so authentic and friendly and I ended up with so much awesome stuff. The stuff that they recommended ended up being way better than the stuff I picked myself.

One worker was stabbing outside of her line she was trying to flirt with my man. With me right there. Clearly she doesn’t deserve to have a job there if that’s what she is going to hit on man there. Very disappointed this is the type of people they hire.

This was my second store on first day of the Spring semi-annual sale and this year it started right after Father’s Day on June 16 2025. Up to 75% off!
After going to the Eaton Centre location I went to Dufferin Mall store and got three hand creams called Reviving Forest. $4.99 each and regular price is $18.95! I also loved the packaging and name for Whiskey Toast but didn’t get it because I didn’t like the scent.
It wasn’t crowded at 11:30pm which I loved. Big thanks for the excellent customer service from Niloo who was also the manager. She was very helpful and friendly and answered lots of questions I had about the products for men. This is one of my favourite locations and been coming here for years!
