When fraudsters hacked into our email accounts, Zac and his team at Bloor West Bell Mobility swiftly and expertly saved the day. Zac himself could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, skilful, effective, and good natured. Our email accounts were protected, the criminally-added phones and plans were deleted, and the Bell Canada fraud division was on the case. We were offered new email addresses and advised to change all our bank and credit cards and all websites including those cards and former email addresses. We were also assured that, if we needed more help, it would be there for us. From this experience, we highly recommend Zac and his team as an invaluable resource for all Bloor West Bell Canada customers.

I was disconnected from my account without my request. When I called them to solve I heard the most absurd explanation: “We are missing a slot for you and if someone will cancel You will be able to connect back” seriously ?!

I visited this location on Mar 17th to get my phone upgraded. The sales associate, Realisa M was incredibly helpful! She took her time to walk me through options, reviewed my current plan, and got me a better deal suited to my needs. It's rare these days to experience great customer service which is why I want to take time to thank her and give her 5 stars!

Zac and Michael took the extra mile to help me and my husband on switching to an international plan so we can be connected with our family in Mexico and the US.Also, Zac helped me to migrate my cellphone plan from Virgin to Bell. He made the process flawless.I highly recommend this location instead of calling the 1.800 number.Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff.

Words cannot express just how awesome David Black-Charlebois is. He helped me with my phone late November. So, naturally, when my sister needed a new phone last week, we went to see David.He is patient...explains everything thoroughly and in terms we can understand. Went out of his way to make sure we got the best options.I highly recommend the bloor street team...especially David.

Can't thank Debbie (hope I'm not messing up the spelling) enough! I was expecting an offer call from my future boss when I accidentally deleted the ESIM from my phone. Was waiting more than 30 minutes on the line for customer support to no avail. Rushed to the store and Debbie fixed it very quickly. She literally saved my life! Please give her a raise! ?
