Terrible customer service and I now regret of buying a super visa insurance for my parents from them. I should have checked their reviews before buying the insurance. IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN DON’T BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THEM. If you buy then you will suffer, that’s guaranteed.
