I ordered two Switch games online last week and the delivery had been delayed 3 times. I ordered a Switch on the same day last week from another place and I got that by last weekend. Then I found that the price of the games I ordered is much more cheaper on Nintendo eShop, so I went to this store to return. The wait time is extremely long. After I returned the products, I was thinking to buy a set of Joy-con, however this is the worst thing I’ve done yesterday. I was standing in front of the shelves for 30 minutes without getting any help. I asked a staff for help, but he told me he was too busy and the walked away, and never back. I then asked another staff, he said I have to wait in the order pickup line, even I was not suppose to pick up an order. The shelves just beside the order pickup, I was standing there 30 minutes, until the store is closed. No one help! It was the worst shopping experience I ever had. It’s unlikely for me to shop here anymore.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Best Buy on Dufferin Street. As a customer, I felt not only ill-treated but also scammed. Despite paying for my purchase, I never received the delivery. What made the situation worse was the staff's behavior – it was not only unprofessional but also had elements of discrimination, which is completely unacceptable.The sales team leader, instead of addressing my concerns, chose to ignore me and walked away mid-conversation. This blatant disregard for customer service and the lack of accountability are deeply concerning. It seems their focus is solely on meeting sales targets rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.I am still waiting for a response regarding my purchase and feel utterly ignored and humiliated by the entire ordeal. This was truly the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I urge potential customers to reconsider before visiting this store.I have my reciepts and proof and due to their fake commitments I failed to achieve my dream project and I was penalized from my work.This is a severe issue that everyone should take care of and dear authorities please contact me soon.

I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the recent service. Not only were the waiting times excessively long, but the responses from employees were also far from pleasant. It felt like my needs were dismissed rather than addressed, adding to the overall negative experience. I hope this feedback contributes to improvements in both efficiency and customer relations.

My experience with a Best Buy employee at the Wilson Avenue location was disappointing. The employee exhibited bad behavior and provided an unsatisfactory answer to my inquiries. This type of customer service falls short of expectations, and it's disheartening to receive such treatment. Best Buy should ensure their employees uphold a higher standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a Best Buy manager on November 15, 2023. The manager exhibited a bad attitude towards customers, displaying impatience and rudeness. This behavior left a negative impression, and it's disheartening to experience such unprofessionalism from a managerial figure. Best Buy should address and improve customer service at this location.

I ordered a TV from Best Buy, and the delivery experience was disappointing. The promised delivery date was delayed without clear communication, causing inconvenience and frustration. Customer service wasn't able to provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, a frustrating experience with lackluster support. Even the attitude of the manager was rude when we questioned him regarding our delay in the delivery.

The variety of products and items available for each section is quite good. The store is very well organized, signs are easy to see and directions are well placed. Shelves are always stocked and neat. Although the customer service and employee interactions I had was beyond disappointing.I was looking for a specific product for a few minutes because it was my first time in the store so I went around looking for an employee to ask but no signs of any. In the search of an employee I found my intended poduct and went to look for items that were left on my list which was a USB memory device. In the USB section there were a few items that to me, looked the same but had different prices. So then again, I started a search for an employee to ask from.After a few minutes of walking around I saw a big group of employees, maybe around 7 or 8 people in a circle chatting and laughing. I understand that they're friends, they want to chat and have fun. But it is also their responsibility to do all that in their break time not standing around in the store while costumer are wandering aimlessly trying to find them.To make matters worse, when I asked an employee to follow me to the USB section to ask the question, in the middle of my question he interrupted once "anything else I can help with?" And after I was done, he ran back to his circle to chat with other employees.Overall, the store is very well organized and set up but the employees definitely need more training and supervision.

We came here during our lunch break because it was the only time we can make it to buy a phone here (just the phone, no plan). We waited for 20 minutes and no one was around.We then flag an employee (probably a floor manager) and he told us that we should've come to Best Buy AFTER lunch and told us to wait.No one attended to us anyway so we left after another 40 minutes.

Really disappointed in this store. We came here and were looking to trade in some items and buy a laptop. We went to customer service and they told us they’re gonna send someone to us but it took them 30 minutes even though the store wasn’t busy by any means. When trying to purchase the MacBook, I was speaking to the store manager, Ryan, about how a different location price matched us for Apple products and offered a gift card . I explained that we weren’t able to take the offer at the time since we didn’t have our items to trade in. And the other store is further away from us than this one so we came here. The whole time he’s saying no we don’t do that and treating the situation as if we’re lying. I tried explaining to him that we had already been two best buys already that didn’t have the trade in system and we had already driven for an hour and a half and going to the other location would be another 40 minutes but he kept insisting that we go to the other location and they won’t do anything or even contact the other store to confirm what we had said. It was very frustrating because we had already gone through a difficult experience with the different stores and also had relied on an offer we were told but there was absolutely no compassion and the entire time he was treating the situation as if we’re lying.

What's the point of coming here when you cannot even try the device. One ran out of power, one cannot be found. Better to order online and return if you don't like it

I gave a 4-star rating 6 years ago, but am docking my rating down to 1 star because this corporation no longer believes in retaining customers at this location. The closing hours are often inconvenient, and I can't understand why the management is so reluctant to hire staff willing to work later hours. Are you telling me I have to make compromises in my daily routine to visit you guys? No way! I can just go to Walmart if you guys are closed, or Amazon because their online experience is miles beyond Best Buy (and frankly, the one area Best Buy can't compete in, their strength is retail experiences but they can't even keep their stores open long enough for customers to actually shop after the workday)Shut down the location and just visit another Best Buy. With the operating hours for this location, it is simply pointless to shop here.

My grandmother went into Geek Squad and spoke with an agent named Alex, who apparently said he was the manager. She came in and was complaining that someone was hacking her, which she does every once in a while because she has dementia. He should have caught that something wasn't right, but instead he swindled her into a $20/mo membership when she already had one. We only found out when we went to go pay the credit card bill, and by the time we were able to get a hold of someone, they said it was too late to cancel it. Shame on you, Alex, and shame on Geek Squad and Best Buy for encouraging this behaviour.
