I have friends who often talked about the poor quality of the products and the worse Customer service of this company. It was surprising to me. How is a company this big really managed? Until I bought a Refurbished (Good) - Tiger Water Boiler Dispenser Kettle PDH-B 3L from this company. A product with a one-year warranty stopped working after 6 months. The customer of the online chat service did not answer my question whether it includes a guarantee or not? The store that says call the customer service...worse experience should be shared by others. When you are in contact with new immigrants, you should be careful with your money and time.

I recently visited this store to buy an SD card reader, the item I wanted was hanging in the wrong place which caused confusion, some of the staff members weren’t very helpful but eventually a colleague named Farid helped me. Farid was friendly and helpful, he showed great customer service and resolved the issue quickly! Thanks again Farid

This is not a Best buy store at all. Some of the Indian guys was making me look bad. I was here few weeks ago and I been from USB C phone charger section to the cashier. It was the Indian guy who had the white Polo long sleeve who was wearing jeans ?. He was talking to the Round nose guy as security guard from before. They thought I was stealing at this store yeah right. This new Security guard needs to find a new hobby to do instead of watching some people who carry handbags from other stores. The people who works at the cashier was doing a good job of working there. I am only at this store on the weekend not on the week that much. ? I am disappearing from this store for very long time. I rather go to a Best buy that cares about my culture that is near Wilson station and Keele and St Clair. These 2 stores the staff helps the customers of what they are looking for?.

I recently visited the Best Buy Outlet, and I must say it was an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. The staff at this outlet went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff members who were eager to assist. They patiently answered my questions and provided valuable insights into the products I was interested in. The level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations.The outlet itself is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The product selection was impressive, showcasing a wide range of high-quality electronics and appliances. Plus, the prices were competitive, offering great value for top-notch products.What stood out the most was the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction. They not only helped me find the right products but also ensured that I left the store with confidence in my purchases.Overall, my experience at the Best Buy Outlet was nothing short of fantastic. Best buy’s mobile unit is very slow. Waiting more than 40 minutes to get to a representative in store. So unacceptable I’m going to switch my preference for getting a new phone.

Ordered an item online. Says it was delivered, but it was returned by their delivery service because I was not at home during delivery. There was no note left at door and my camera doesn't show anyone trying to deliver the item.I have contacted chat 3 times now. Was reassured I would get a refund. It has been a month since I first placed the order, and still no resolution.It is also incredibly annoying having to go through chat, have them verify your information over and over again, waste time with useless conversation and delays when I'm signed into the account and providing order details. When I'm signed in, it should automatically verify my information instead of having to type it into chat every single time.I've had good experiences buying in store, but their online service is extremely disappointing.

This location custom service is really bad, I was about to buy a keyboard, and I showed picture one of salesman which keyboard i want to buy, but the salesman didn’t take me there, he said o you can find this keyboard there, go and check, and it’s took me 30 minutes to find the keyboard i was looking for, I also want to buy OSMO MOBILE SE, so i want to see the feature but they don’t have that one display,, so i asked to salesman can i see that product, she told me are you gonna buy, then i can get it, that time i really don’t know how to react, I know their name i just don’t want to put here because i don’t want them to get fried from work.

It's fine if to come here if you don't have questions about what you're going to buy.This location is the worst I've been to as far as Best Buy goes. None of the staff can help with anything and doing online pickup orders get cancelled even if things are in stock. When you show up and try to get something and show them there's stock available you get told if it's not on the shelf they don't have it. Very disorganized and it almost feels like all the salespeople care about is getting a quick sale instead of helping people get what they need.

My Kindle scribe case hunt led me to Best Buy, Bay and Dandas in Canada, guided by Google's promise of the last case, but my hopes were dashed when it wasn't there. Then entered Sathish Sha, the knight in shining Best Buy armor.Sathish's conversation with me quickly transformed into a mission to find my Kindle case. He scoured the store tirelessly, turning it upside down in his quest. His dedication and determination were awe-inspiring, ensuring I didn't leave disappointed.Kudos to Sathish and his extraordinary customer service! Look for him in the picture! ?

Sonam at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me find the portable monitor I was looking for. Another employee at Best Buy told me that the monitor I was looking for was not available without even checking. But when I went to customer service desk to ask more questions, Sonam stepped up and searched for the monitor. I was in urgent need and he recognized my situation. Extremely thankful to him. Wish I could speak his manager, this guy deserves a raise. Thanks Sonam!

Terrible sales, I was talked into buying a Samsung tv that was supposed to be equal or better than the one I had previously , it was from the open box section. I have had it serviced once and it still freezes and skips. The sound is terrible and the dark scenes have bright lights in all four corners . This was a horrible choice. The salesman told me it would be a great tv! It actually just aggravates me every time I turn it on. I would have happily paid more at the time for a better picture and a new tv. Never will I ever go back to Best Buy and Samsung should be responsible for selling a lemon tv. It’s horrible quality !

Great Sized Store, but they're always out of stock on a lot of items it seems. For a Big Box Retailer of Electronics they sure are poorly stocked for audio items. The customer service there is terrible, you ask for assistance on finding items and they act like they're so busy & seem like they just want to rush back to standing around doing nothing except talking to their co-workers. The checkout staff also carry an attitude with them too as if it's such a burden for them to have to process your item. But isn't that their job? Also you would think they would have a better inventory system so that it wouldn't take so long for the checkout staff to process one item. Checking out a pair of headphones shouldn't take 5 Minutes

Easily the worst Best Buy in the city; the staff don't seem to care at all that they're on the clock and meant to be serving the customers. Whenever I come to this location, 9 times out of 10, all the men hang out in one section chatting, and they get annoyed when you try to interject to ask a product question. Instead of going back to do their jobs, they all collectively move to a different section of the store to keep up with their slacking off. Today, I just went straight to customer service for my product question, but the guy wouldn't even look in the computer to see if the item was in stock as the website indicates. The only helpful people are the women, but there are so few of them and they seem spread thin from having to pick up the slack from the extremely lazy male employees. Every time I see one of the lady employees, I feel bad stopping them because they're usually running around trying to solve some issue. This store has gotten so many face lifts over the years with renovations, but the one thing that needs to be cleaned out and replaced is the staff. Absolutely awful bunch of people, let them go play on their cell phones and chat the day away at home.

I recently purchased a Galaxy A54 phone, HP printer 4155e and a HP Envy X360 laptop from Best Buy for my college studies and for personal use. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the products they sell and were able to answer all my questions and give me helpful advice. The store was very busy on the day I arrived and I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my new phone set up with Virgin Mobile. That being said, the associate went over all the phone plans and matched me with an excellent plan that fit perfectly with my budget. The associate also gave me a gift card in which I used to purchase the phone case. I also became a Geek Squad member so I feel confident that if I need help with any of my purchases help is just a text away. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my visit to Best Buy. Store was clean and well organized and staff were top notch. On a side note, the washroom inside the store was super helpful when shopping!
