Amazing customer service the workers there were so helpful and welcoming and made the experience so much fun!! The products are sooo beautiful and dainty. Every product is unique and each piece has its own story which is such a nice touch as it makes buying a piece so special. Also special shout out to ilnca, so helpful and she made my day!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Recently made a series of regrettable purchases from this company. What began as a love for their unique pieces has now turned sour.
1) Lost $300 from their surprise "summer solstice" box. Received a beaded bracelet, a cord (aka string) bracelet, and a "ring" made of leftover chain from a necklace. Everything looks like it could have been purchased from a 25 cent vending machine.
2) Purchased a $450 "Imprint forest necklace". Initially thought this was a beautiful piece, until a piece broke off after wearing it only 3 times. The extension loop (which the lobster clasp hooks to) SNAPPED off because it is welded together by a hair-like strand. See image.
So so so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company.

Amazing customer service, from us entering the door, with their mini chats explaining the detail and quality of their products, all the way to exit. The smiles on their faces is very welcoming. The honesty and customer care is topnotch! We left our shopping bag at this store and they kept it until we called the next day. We are super happy and pleased. Highly recommend to all families and friends. ?????

Bought my wife a ring from Bluboho. Within a month the stone had fallen off, a clear quality issue. When I reached out I was told they don't "do" warranties after they made me jump through a bunch of hoops, like sending in photos and answering all sorts of questions.
Bottom line, take your business elsewhere, quality is an issue and they don't stand behind their products once sold.

The owner will obviously have some sort of response deflecting any accountability but the owner is a thief and has zero respect for anything but her own pocket. I purchased 2 gifts for my wife for Christmas and the girl working (was her first day) said I could get my money back if my wife didn't like it....I went today to get my money back and explained the situation and the owner's response was she was in the store the same day and could not imagine anyone saying that to me and its store policy blah blah blah. I calmly told her I understand its store policy but considering I was told different you should honor that as its clearly the store's mistake. Her response was she was in the store and didn't hear anyone say that. Think of the absolute absurdity in that statement?? It's the holiday season and she claims that she is privy to every conversation in the store because she was in the store?? There were maybe 10 - 20 people in the store and the owner never assisted me for one second so how could she have heard my conversation at the front door????So instead of recognizing the unfortunate situation and taking accountability for a mistake HER staff made she just rudely said sorry and walked into the back room shouting some nonsense without ending our conversation face to face. Extreme disrespect.In summary the service matches the product of this store. My family has been in retail for over 40 years and never would act like this. Terrible service for a cheaply made product ran by someone who cares more about $200 than her reputation.

I absolutely love the necklace I got. It sparkles in all the right places and is just simply gorgeous. I was really excited to it pick up; however, upon entry I was told by one of the staff, who was helping a customer, that they were at maximum capacity (due to covid rules) and that I had to wait outside and she will call me in when customers leave. This was completely understandable, of course. About 5 minutes later, 2 customers walked out. The staff who told me to wait didn't come out, so I assumed perhaps they were still at max capacity. Another 10 minutes passed and 2 customers walked out. Still the staff didn't come out. I thought maybe I couldn't be seen since I wasn't directly in front of the door because I was hiding from the blazing sun, so I stood closer to the door. Another 5 minutes and 1 customer comes out. At this point, the sun has made me irritated, so I went in to see if the store was still full. It was not. However, the staff who basically made me wait outside and has clearly forgotten about me was still with the same customer. This time though, she didn't acknowledge me nor made eye contact. Please don't forget about your customers. All the excitement I had disappeared. I won't let this experience ruin it all completely because I do love the pieces from this store.

What an absolute garbage company. Purchased a birthday present for my wife which she did not like. I tried to return the product and was told it was a final sale even though this was not presented when I purchased the product. The emailed receipt also does not show that it was a final sale.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE 110% SURE YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER WILL LIKE IT. IN OTHER WORDS, ALL DUDES SHOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF PURCHASING A GIFT.

Their 14k gold is recycled metal. I wore by bracelet into a chlorinated pool with my daughter. And they both SNAPPED in half.This is not a coincidence when it happens with 2 bracelets. You should be able to accidentally wear gold anywhere. However so cheaply made with random mixed metals at such a high price point.

My wife loved the design but what a rip off. They're so expensive for the weight of gold, and the carat or diamonds. My wife bought nova earrings and rosecut nova ring. You'll find the exact same style and design on Etsy or Mejuri (artisanal, handmade and ethical) for a much better, reasonnable and accurate price. The rings are so thin and diamonds so small and lightweight you barely see them. If you were to resell it would worth nothing compared to what you spend. An absolute rip off. Nothing justifies being 3 to 4 times more expensive than competitors considering the weight. Blueboho's diamonds have inclusions and a disappointing color less than J (blurry, cloudy and light yellow). I absolutely don't recommend the quality, they are taking advantage of customers.

A family member got a necklace for me from this store, and the necklace is absolutely stunning. I’m writing this review because I was disappointed to find out that my family member didn’t have a good customer service experience. When my family member went to pick up the necklace, she wanted to see what it looked like, and the employee gave her a look and showed her the necklace. I think employees should always be showing customers the wrapped up purchases and not acting like it’s a hassle when they ask. I always shop at the Yonge and Eglinton location and the experience there had always been positive, so this location has been disappointing.

Website photos are extremely deceiving and their return policy is pitiful! Store credit only. Purchase with caution! 0/10 do not recommend. Do yourself a favour and go to Mejuri.
