We have been long-time customers of SmartStop storage, and we have been always pleased with the quality of their services. On November 29th, when we were at the storage, it was truly exceptional. The gentleman who was at the front desk that day - unfortunately, we neglected to ask for his name - was so polite, helpful, kind, and even somewhat philosophical :)

I highly recommend the SmartStop self storage at 19 Esandar Drive, Toronto. The place is very clean and well organized. The elevator access is usually fast and customer service is excellent. I had two units, 35x10 and 20x10 ft.

I have no complaints about the service. It’s not better or worse than when this facility was owned by Bluebird. That said, through 2 price increases this year over a 6 month period, my rates went up 45%. And the original rate was not a promotional rate. I moved out to a nearby facility. There’s lots of choice nearby at much better rates.

Month 1- Getting a locker was extremely easier, however their promotional 6 month rate was hiked after the first month.
Month 2 -Their systems were unable to accept remote payments online or by phone, which meant that I had to drive all the way to Pickering to pay my account (which they attempted to charge me a lean fee for their error). They continously sent me emails every day with no access to my account. Refused to allow me into my locker unless I paid the full hiked up rate 😞. The manager said " sorry you wasted a trip (40mins one way), but we can't help you unless you pay the full amount. They told me Tax exempt "is not allowed on storage units.' 100% False
Month 3, they stored my credit card information without authorization, despite expressing to them not to several times. So I gave my 30 days notice and will go else where for half the price and none of the unexpected increases and/or headaches.

Honestly amazing and there when you need them the most, great access to assistance and perfect for the area, close to the highway, central and reliable, such great prices too, this is my 2nd time with them and id recommended it over other places tbh ,😁
