Super bad attitude from Sapphire. I’m here today to ask for reimbursement for extra charges that BMO put on my account. He looks at me straight in my eyes with his teeth bite hard, looking so attacking and makes me feel uncomfortable.

This is the second branch I tried visiting around 5:20pm on a weekday and the doors were locked. Why advertise a bank as being open when it’s clearly different at the stand alone location?
