I had a great experience today with Fernando, absolutely impeccable customer service, usually at other locations I’m rushed out and not properly taken care of and informed about the different options the bank has to offer. But, Fernando took his time, was extremely informative and helpful with resolving my issues and concerns today. Shared different details with me to help up guard my bank security, investigate suspicious transactions and helped me finally get a banking telephone number code after never being told how to get one for years. Would highly recommend:)”

P.s. should have insisted on keeping existing debit card (expiring 2029). Set up new debit card, but locked by fraud prevention department. Called online banking, on hold for 30 min. Turns out card locked as new office number added to profile. Went back to branch; Panayiota resolved this promptly, thank you!”

She was so lovely and warm to my sister and I, we had a wonderful conversation with her, she informed us about all the perks of opening an account with RBC! She even educated us the importance of saving and investing, so I opened up a TFSA account as well. The process was extremely smooth because of her! The requests I was expecting to have addressed were directed to the telephone team, however, the wait times there are way more than the branch and besides the verification for updating a few things or to find info would be tedious through that medium. I wish there were more flexibility when you see me in person and verify with a physical ID. I appreciate you taking the time to recognize hence am doubling the rating.”
