I received some help from a gentleman named Rocky. I must say he was one of the best person to have help me find what I was looking for when it came to purchasing my first business suit. The care and attention he provided during my visit to find pieces that suited what I liked was completely amazing. If you ever confused with what you are looking for or have trouble deciding on something, I highly suggest talking with Rocky. Much appreciated for your help.

I wish I took a picture! They don’t have professional sales team. A sales person shoes had a heel folded down!! I felt I was in H&M store instead of high end class store. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!

Ava was incredible with helping my fiance and I navigate wedding suits and tuxes! She was knowledgeable and helped us with various styles pros and cons. We will be coming back for more items in the future, not to mention the products are very well made. Thank you Ava!

The associate named Melissa was incredibly rude, she kept trying to force a suit on me, and kept insisting I was wrong about it being too tight. Eventually, when she realized I wasn’t going to buy it, she said that it was actually too tight and that I should take it off before I ripped it. Another male associate kept touching my stomach and telling me I had to lose weight 10 different times while helping me. Completely unacceptable customer service from an expensive brand.

I visited the BOSS store at Yorkdale Mall today with the intention of purchasing some new clothes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Throughout my time in the store, not a single staff member approached me to offer assistance, despite the store not being particularly busy.
After finally selecting an item, I went to the checkout and patiently waited in line. Despite clearly seeing us, the cashier chose to bypass us and attend to another customer who hadn’t been waiting in line. This experience left me feeling discriminated against and extremely disappointed.
From this point forward, I will actively discourage anyone I know from purchasing anything from BOSS. Such poor treatment of customers is simply unacceptable.

Have always loved this brand but after experiencing rude staff at yorkdale never will they see a dollar from me. Sherwani couldn't return it cause of a err code so when I brought it to yorkdale they said that it was returnable because it was worn. It was never worn the sleeves were way to long that's why it was being returned. To save a dollar they lost thousands

At yorkdale mall the staff there refused to return my money for a polo i bought 10 days ago, they said it was washed and wore(what i did not did) , 3 members of the staff came to me to check the polo and the manager *i guess was the manager* was very rude and keep refusing to help me he leaved me talking alone , i bought thousands of dollars yearly to have this bad customer experience , wont return

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your employees, particularly a blonde woman whose name I unfortunately do not recall. During my recent visit, her demeanor was extremely rude and uncouth. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the amount I paid for the merchandise, which exceeded CAD 300.
I believe that if employees are not satisfied with their jobs, they should seek alternative employment instead of venting their frustrations on paying customers. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future.
