Recently brought in a Navitimer to have it authenticated. The process was smooth and quick.
On top of that, both Mariah and Willow are top class with their customer service. Both took the time to address any and all questions that I had.
I definitely recommend this boutique to anyone looking to buy/service their Breitling watch. Both are passionate and very knowledgeable.

I recently ordered a watch online and had it delivered to this location. Due to the fact I wasn't buying a watch in store, I was expecting an average customer service experience at best because there wouldn't be any commission in it for the sales representative.From the moment she greeted me (with a cold spring water and espresso), Mariah was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was enthusiastic, excited, and curious about my new purchase and made it a phenomenal experience.Not only this but she showed me their full watch lineup and educated me on the Breitling history, showing her commitment to true professionalism. Without being pushy or trying to sell me on more products, she ensured a customer for life.She is my go-to person for all of my future Breitling purchases and I will absolutely be recommending my friends to her.
