This is a great Bulk Barn! It was clean, the aisles are wider than most equivalent stores, and the selection was immaculate. The staff were kind and pleasant too!

Prices are insane now, and they advertise lots of discounts and coupons but use tricks and fine print to avoid honouring them. I brought in all my own containers but got no discount because the items I picked were a few pennies per 100g on sale. This was hidden in miniscule illegible print on the 15% off on Sundays poster. They also didn't honour a coupon I got one week ago because it doesn't become active for another three weeks. Fine print again, to get you to come back and then leave with more undiscounted wares. Ended up paying 4x as much as if I'd bought a packaged product anywhere else, which I cannot afford, even though I want to reduce plastic waste. Such a shame, used to be a great business. Won't be going back.

If you’ve ever been to bulkbarn, then you can expect the same thing from this location. No issues with stocked item and no issues with staff.

Clean and well stocked, but every time I try to save a little money, I get a lot of attitude.3 separate examples:1) Split up a few online orders to apply coupons; upon pick up was told "you're really not supposed to do that"2) Stood in line with my roommate and then was denied a $5 gift card promotion because the cashier decided we were "together" and our purchases didn't count as separate - even though we rang through and paid separately3) Was eligible for the 15% reusable container discount, but it wasn't applied by the cashier. Manager implied the refund would be a lot of work (refund, reweigh, resell) and then asked me pull out my phone to calculate the difference. Manager displayed no friendliness and offered no apology for the mistake or inconvenience

I wish I could give 0 stars. Typical Asian person following me around the store again. I can never get a break. The Asian guy is rude and has pure attitude, at least with me. I will find a safe place for African people shop with out being harassed with their kids. One day.

Come here often and the staff are always so nice. They have a great selection of products. However, it is on the pricier side.
