Beautiful interior , sophisticated Burberry store in the town !! So impressed with the collection and style they have , the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable . I had a very pleasant experience here and was amazed to see exclusivity in Burberry collection and it is definitely a stand out from the other Burberry stores. I came here to shop for my toddler and was impressed to see they had huge options in clothing, accessories and shoes for children which is very tough to find in other stores.Highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for exclusive clothing and bags from the brand BURBERRY this is your place ❤️.

I got the flip up cat eye sunglasses, first time using it the front screw fell off. Burberry's costumer service was terrible. I had to go through Luxottica where they sent me a new frame. AGAIN FIRST TIME WEARING THE SECOND pair another front screw fell off. For $500 these frames are a waste of money and the fact that Burberry doesn't take responsibility for their products is a shame

Fantastic service from multiple sales associates at this location. My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful handbag while visiting Toronto and had a wonderful experience shopping here. The clasp on my bag's shoulder strap had a defect and the store remedied the problem very quickly. This is the type of service you come to expect when shopping at luxury stores. I was impressed and very much look forward to returning to the store during our next trip.

Awful aesthetic (copper/brass and smoked glass ?) in the store, but then again, I’m not your typical handbag purchaser… I guess some people like this look?? Definitely prefer the Scandinavian minimalist approach with neutral tones for this kind of retail.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS RIDICULOUS SALE SYSTEM.I purchased a scarf 10 days ago as a gift for my mother, however, my mother wanted me to return it because of the colour. The scarf was left untouched as my mother only opened the box and visually scanned the item. At the time the scarf was bought, I was unknowingly received a damaged scarf by a store associate, so when I went to return it, they blamed the damage on us. Now, they are not willing to give me a full refund, and suggested to only give me the store credit that can be used at no other place but this specific store location. Ridiculous.

Jianyi has taken such great care of me from day one. The store itself is lovely and well managed, but the experience was elevated so much by Jianyi. They are lucky to have her! I will gladly be back :)

From 1-10/. 5 … this store look like ghost store , i felt like i am in Asia but i dont speak Asian , can not understand most of time the communication where lost , trying to be friendly the staff , look like the manager is Asia and all employees are Asian and the trailer too , felt discriminated ….

Burberry Canada sucks. Their location on Bloor refuses to accept their own electronic receipt. They are asking their client to obtain a paper receipt in the middle of a pandemic. Does this make sense?
