This is over a year in the making. The gentlemen who runs the store is friendly but did not fix my phone or followup when I asked him to. My initial problem was to see if he can essentially 'revive' my old phone so that I could get some old pictures from it, to which he said he could. Weeks later after no followup, I contacted him for an update. To my surprise, he said it was all fixed and can come pick it up. So I did. After doing so, I came back home only to realize it still didn't turn on.
So I went back and let him know the screen wouldnt turn on, to which he said it was likely something to do with a battery or part that he needed to order to get it fixed. So I gave him my phone again. Months later, after no follow-up, I contacted him again and asked if there was any update. He said he did not receive the part yet but would fix it and backup my phone on a USB once he was able.
MONTHS later, he calls to let me know he got the part and it's all backed up. I went back to pickup my old phone with a USB only to find out he backed up the wrong phone and I have ALL of someone else's phone information (pictures, contacts, emails, other confidential information).
I'm stunned and dissapointed by the lack of communication, the time it took to get this task completed (not really though), and the carelessness in giving me someone else's confidential phone data.

The gentleman who runs the shop is super helpful. Will try and find the least expensive option for you if possible. And is willing to work with customers to find a solution.
So many other places will make you feel like you were being forced to get things you do not need. You won't feel like that here.

He quickly fixed my boyfriend's old LG phone screen. With such good customer service it was worth price. I highly recommend this place if you're tired of the poor customer service of most repair places in the GTA.

Just like most people, I’m always skeptical about phone repair shops. When when my “waterproof” iPhone died after being in a water for 2 seconds and Apple Store told me they can’t fix it, I gave this spot a chance because of such good reviews. And I was not wrong to do so! The guy working here was super friendly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me and he actually fixed my phone for a pretty reasonable price :) 5/5

This is a great place to go. I had my iPhone battery replaced today. He was nice, did it in only one hour at a really great price. I don't often do recommendations, although I'm often asked for them, but in this case I'm not hesitating. I trust this business.

Fixed my Samsung Note20 Ultra front and back screens very fast and with great deals on the screen options he had available at the time. Excellent service, will go back to again and I highly recommend. A+

Friendly and fast repair (1 hour) for the shattered screen on my Nexus 5X.Updating my review 6 years later: the team here is as amazing as before. I've gotten more repairs done and they continue to be fast and reliable. I was having battery issues with my Pixel 5. Jordan ordered a replacement for me and swapped it out in an hour. The phone works better than before now.
