I bought my parts online, put everything together and then my GPU wouldn’t be detected after a cold boot. Canada Computers offers 30 days free service since purchase for diagnostics and exchange, so I was able to get help in the store. It was a complex issue specific to the batch of my GPU, but Alex at the tech service desk resolved it in under 24 hours. This is very efficient for the complexity of this problem. He was also very professional. Communication was excellent and very clear. Thank you to Alex and the 30 day policy for this help, my GPU works perfectly now.

I recently bought an open box laptop from here but I was extremely disappointed by it. I understand it is not a brand new laptop but the one I got had cracks and chips on the keyboard and they covered it up with tape? The tape made the laptop feel super tacky, you could see the pieces of tape they cut up to fill in the gaps. I just did not expect such slop and low quality.

Just NO APPLE PRODUCTS, apple dealer opposite southside of street for 30yrs, both been in biz supplying University Tor students faculty! BOOOOOOOM !🤪🫶🏻👍😃✌️

Seriously!? Three computers in three months I have purchased from these jokers and all three have had to returned. All were "refurbished" so the price was decent, not great, but decent and refurbished by their supposed crack team of professionals. Clearly these are either not pros or this company simply does not care about us at all. I have now wasted so much of my damn time running back and forth to and from this shop nevermind the number of hours my business has not been operational and losing money. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and shop somewhere else...anywhere else.

I recently took my laptop to this service center for a cleaning. While the service was pricey, the work was done thoroughly and on time. I wasn't notified by phone when the job was finished, but when I called them myself, I found out that it was already completed. Thanks for the great work! I would definitely recommend Canada Computers & Electronics service center.

Under No way should you get their extended warranty. No matter how seamless they make it sound. It's just an upsell scam and if you think you will need something with one, Just get it off amazon, it will probably be faster and absolutely a smoother experience.

This review mainly pertains to the service center experience from an amateur enthusiast’s perspective; the few interactions I had with the front were positive.
My recent computer build experience included:
- Sarcasm and condescending language from beginning to end of transaction
- Failing to locate items shipped to the store requiring multiple reminders
- Failure to issue paper order chits, with extra condescension from staff member when pointing this out on pickup
- Proceeding with building service despite clear issue with case dimensions
- Public disclosure of and public mockery for case dimension issue in store immediately following payment and pickup
If you are an enthusiast seeking help with a build, look somewhere else.

My work laptop died and I needed to replace it. I placed an order around noon for in-store pickup and they had it ready within 2 hours. Pickup was a breeze and the laptop works great.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. The repair section staff and the manager seemed untrained, unhelpful, and discourteous making the entire shopping experience frustrating. It was clear that they lacked basic customer service skills. I expected much better from a specialized retailer. Canada Computers needs to invest in proper training for their employees to ensure customers receive the assistance they need or shut this location down. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements soon before they lose more customers.

Contradicing the other negative reviews about this place, I personally didn't have a problem with customer service. The man that came to talk to us was nice and open, and helped us get what we needed.
