I missed the delivery of a package and it was sent to this location. The one that closes at 7pm. Are you out of your mind? If I missed my package because I’m not home during the day, why would they give it to a post office that closes so early? They may aswell keep my stuff at this point, with my schedule and their hours I will NEVER be able to pick up my package. The worst part is that I showed up at 7:03 and they denied helping me, I literally left work hours early to pick it up and for no reason. Unbelievable.

Both my husband and I own separate businesses and drop off several packages, lettermail, tracked and non tracked. Sometimes we do it in advance because there is so much. They are always accommodating - and lovely. They are also good people and this place is run by a family. If it's busy and you're doing a drop off (as you would any other post office) if you put it to the side in the corner they will scan when they are able to. Also - they have ZERO control over the costs to send items in Canada, so be kind. Thank you for helping us out over the last couple of years :)

I was nervous to go to this location at first because of low rating and reviews, but I was greeted by two staff that were super polite and attentive. I think they improved their service! The process was super quick and easy for me. Keep up the great work!

The don’t open when they’re saying open, hopefully a person who really wants his business to continue will do it like other post office have a phone number and work as schedule.

Zero stars!!!!!They seem to be running the post office as in a 3rd world country, coding on a whim rather than by knowledge. I sent a small book to Italy in a letter type bubble envelope, which was returned to me after two weeks because of insufficient postage. I called the # on the label and was told that it was supposed to be coded as “small package int’l” rather than “letter int’l oth”. I returned to the p.o. to get my $23 back and sent the book with another carrier. This location is close to my home and it’s convenient only for dropping off Amazon returns, because you just leave the package on the counter and you actually don’t have to interact at all with those people, but I use other locations to mail my stuff. You’d think that after so many negative reviews they would smarten up and try to improve their service, but they don’t care. And this aligns perfectly to the substandard quality of life that is growing rampant in Canada, where everyone has rights but no one has any sense of accountability.

Very bad customer service!!!We sent a package to Germany and the guy put the wrong postal code on it because that what was showing in the computerWe wanted to keep the original postal code what we wrote on the package but the guy changed that anyways(they are very rude)$81 cost us the package(xpress) and after 5 weeks in came back because wrong postal codeNever ever gonna use Canada Post for anything in the futureThis location I would give no stars because they don't know what they do!!!!

The customer service at this location is terrible. Additionally I went to pick up a package. The hours on the slip listed it closing at 8pm on weekdays and 6om on Saturday. However when I arrived at 7pm to pick up my package this was posted on the door.

Terrible day to find out this business didn't bother to update hours online having travelled in a thunderstorm. Why in the year 2021 I have to learn of your "updated hours" from a paper posting on the door?

Canada post must change their time on Google. It is false information that is being provided. A big company and doing like this things is unacceptable!
