Absolutely amazing experience and excellent customer service every time we go! We went couple times and every time was great. The employees are very attentive and helpful. Always listen and trying to help! Very happy with the place and their service and their products.

We brought a watch in for repair.During both the drop off and when we picked up the watch after it was repaired, their service was impeccable.Sales Associate Kin guided us through the process and we recommend asking if they are available for assistance with any purchase.

They weren’t very helpful !I asked about two items that I wanted and both items were not made anymore and that was that instead of telling me why and get me in there to look at what they were replaced with or just get me in !

Cartier's service, especially through Daniela, exceeded all expectations. Purchasing over the phone was seamless, and Daniela's efficiency ensured a swift process, despite the distance from Montreal. Went to this location today to purchase the Love ring .. upon arrival we were not greeted nor tended to, we were ignored , until we finally decided to ask the lady holding the iPad for help, she had a displeased face and then put us on the “ list “ , while waiting we noticed many of the associates were free but they decided not to bother with us.. we finally got a nice gentleman who helped us . We did end up purchasing the Love ring , only because we really wanted it ! It’s such a shame that you get ignored because you aren’t fancy enough .. why judge a book by its cover , We were dressed pretty nice but I guess not sophisticated enough to be bothered with !! Do better Cartier do better

I had an incredible experience at the Cartier boutique on Bloor yesterday. The staff was phenomenal—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to my wonderful sales associate, Jessica, for her patience in answering all my questions and her outstanding support with my purchase. Highly recommend this boutique over the Yorkdale location!

My experience with this boutique was nothing short of spectacular. I would first like to mention that if you know the date and time you are planning on visiting the store then you should make an appointment on their website. This process was so easy and really made the shopping experience seamless because you don’t have to worry about waiting to be helped, especially on weekends when the store sees more foot traffic. You will even receive a text before the appointment from a member of staff letting you know that they look forward to your visit.I made an appointment for this past Sunday and before we even entered the store it was a positive experience. I didn’t even have to open the door because security saw us coming and greeted us. The chicest woman I’ve ever seen stood before us, greeted us by name and showed us to our sales associate.From there it only got better. Our sales associate Matthew was simply the best. He was so patient showing us everything I asked to see and was extremely kind the whole time. I was only purchasing one item but he popped champagne for us and treated us like we were repeat clients. He took so much care into packaging my purchase and even threw in extra goodies. Matthew had no idea it was my birthday, or that it was my first time purchasing from Cartier, but he made the visit very special for my partner and I. Truly a luxury shopping experience from beginning to end.

It was one of the most disappointing experiences in a Cartier boutique I have ever experienced. I had made an appointment to get jewelry appraisal only to be informed that due to not purchasing from this boutique, they won't do it. We have just moved to Canada from Switzerland. So, as you can imagine, panic, what am i to do as I need this. Then they sent a message to the manager, and they informed us that we needed proof of purchase. Fine can, of course, do this. However, it would have been nice to be informed of this. They spoke to us in the most condescending manner, I am actually shocked at how the two ladies treated myself and my husband. I'm lucky enough to be the owner of some pieces of the LOVE collection. I will not be purchasing any from this store!! Sadly, I will have to go back to prove purchase and to get my appraisal. In all the years we have been in a Cartier boutique, I have never felt this humiliated by members of staff. Disgusting attitude ?

We visited the venue while in Toronto on a business trip. It was a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were looking for his birthday present and we were hosted by Gerardo. He was kind, professional and helpful.

Never disappoints when it comes to a special gift and great service. The staff are equal stars to the jewelry. Needed a present and left it for last minute and the staff had it flown in from another store over night.
