Great spot with fantastic and honest service. My phone was not charging so I took it to multiple spots. I got quotes from $80-$100.
at Casefit they were honest and told me most likely the charging port is dirty. They offered to clean it for $20 and if it did not fix the problem, there was no payment required.

They seem to have the market cornered. Whether getting a new phone from Bell or the Source they never seem to have the right sized case and they refer you to this vendor in the centre of the Mall.

I brought my phone in to get repaired for a broken sensor and he ended up breaking my screen while looking at it and then was going to charge me over 100$ to fix his mistake.

I recently visited the store and had an amazing experience. The staff there was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. They not only fixed my iPhone 12 Pro Max but also helped me pick out a new case. The new case they recommended not only looks great but also offers great protection. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for friendly staff, great service, and high-quality phone cases.

We had a horrible experience here today. We brought my husband's phone in to have the screen protector replaced. The staff member showed us 2 options of 2 prices and we opted for the higher priced as he said it would be better, full screen adhesive. He then said he would take off the old protector and proceeded to use what looked like an eyeglass screwdriver and clear liquid to chip and pry at the protector. In the process it would seem he also cracked the screen underneath, though we couldn't see as he kept turning away from us and crouching down behind the counter. We said we would leave him to do it as to take away any pressure he was feeling. We came back 20-30min later and he said he couldn't get it off and handed us a screen that had half a screen protector jaggedly still remaining. We asked what we were to do with that? He laughed and said "use it like that?". At that point, my husband said, if you thought you would have a problem with it, why didn't you say so at the beginning? The other staff member present replied with "we aren't heart surgeons, we aren't going to have you sign a waiver if we can't deliver what was said". I then told that staff member he was being rude and he looked at me and said "you aren't very nice". We walked away to take a breath and called the shop owner who had referred us to this shop, and he said for us to bring it back to him and he will try to fix it. I did not accompany my husband back to Case Fit to retrieve his mangled phone as I couldn't bare to see these men again. The lovely other shop owner down the street did get the remaining screen protector off, but due to the damage done by Case Fit, we will have to replaced the screen they cracked (though would take no responsibility for and took no responsibility for being rude and defensive for their shoddy work). I have already let my work thread know (20+ people) never to go there. It was unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and horrible service. Those 2 staff members should be ashamed.

They always have the cases for all the models. Been there with phone models not sold in Canada and they still had a case for it and at a very good price. Love the service.
