My dog used to be extremely anxious to get groomed; I was unhappy overall with my last groomer. Sheila was recommended to me. Delighted we have made the switch. She is kind, patient, and gentle with my dog. I truly feel my dog is groomed by a person who deeply cares about animals. In addition, my princess looks gorgeous and is slowly getting less nervous about grooming. Thanks Sheila !!!

I met Sheila before I get my male toy poodle from his breeder.She was grooming a lovely dog,in her spa,at Yonge & StClair(inside a Pet Value location).I was a new dog owner and I needed info about everything.She was kind,informative and encouraging. She also loved poodles(check her graphic design on her site/visit card). After trying most of the dog spas in my neighborhood,I remembered Sheila not being far.I came across the same kind person as when I had met her 9 months before.She welcomed Blixa in her arms and when I picked up my puppy later on not only he looked so cute but also he was so relaxed.We went to see her again today.Blixa walked right in the room and let himself be pumpered.Sheila has a fear free environment and certificate.Her 4-legged clients do not wait for half a day or more to be groomed.Also, she has the following credentials :

We love Sheila! She is so gentle with our senior standard poodle. He loves going to the groomer - he always comes home looking beautiful and smelling great. We really appreciate how Sheila sets fair expectations for groom time and texts us updates when our dog will be ready. Last year Sheila helped us out with a groom for a particularly difficult foster and we were so grateful for her expertise (it was not an easy job). She’s just the best!
