She is an excellent fashion advisor who listens carefully to your needs and preferences, and helps you find the perfect item. I had a great experience buying my first-ever Chanel bag with her. Raquel is a professional and knowledgeable advisor who represents Chanel very well!

Absolutely disgusting service here. Staff act like customers are a nuisance.We were about to pay and decided to just go elsewhere for our christmas gift and glad we did.

Initial visit to this location was not the most positive experience but my SA Emiko helped me find the pieces I was looking for. I also appreciate her patience with me when I select the pieces to bring home. Thank you!!

Probably the best Chanel location! SA was amazing and connected right over the phone. I purchased a classic wallet on chain and she made the experience so easy! Would choose those location over Yorkdale.

After multiple unanswered calls to the Yorkdale boutique (apparently this is typical), I called this HF location and at first attempt, immediately connected with a SA. I inquired about a seasonal WOC, which they had in stock. SA texted me a picture to confirm that was the product I wanted (it was). Since I was coming all the way from Niagara to Toronto on a busy Saturday mid-day (1.5-2h drive), I asked if they could do a same-day hold. SA said they don’t hold products but asked the boutique manager if they could do it for me since I was already on my way there. Thankfully the manager allowed the hold. I’ve read reviews about poor customer service but I have to shout out this location for making my first Chanel experience so easy. SA was friendly over the phone as well (a different SA helped me once I got there since SA was on their lunch break). The Yorkdale location is much more accessible to me but I’d sooner come back to this location.

SA was Amazing! Kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable and did everything in her power to get me the items I needed and some samples. Definitely will return to and recommend.

Really bad experience. Worst shopping experience ever. I went to Chanel Bloor with my friend together today. We were both looking for accessories and cloths. The sales Yanni ignored me through the whole time and especially friendly to my friend. She said she will look for the clothes with my size for me. I was waiting there for 15mins and she went back with a cloth which she was about to recommend to my friend. Am I not there? I was smiling and was being nice to her the whole time. It’s my first time treated like this while shopping and I did not even know how to react. I was about to buy clothes but decided not to. I don’t know why Chanel Bloor is training sales like this. I feel so bad after this experience with Chanel in Bloor. I could tell my friend to return everything she got with Yanni on that day and switch a sales to repurchase but this experience definitely is not normal. Yanni is the worst sales I have ever met.

I was so dissappointed with the sale associates who were so horrible today. They did not greet customers, bat an eye or offer help. There were 4 of them, working at around 6p.m Wednesday, January 4th (one Asian girl, one Asian guy and 2 white girls). Bring your money elsewhere.

After yesterday's treatment I was curious to see the reviews and I see others had the same issue with horrible customer service. I was out running errands yesterday, managed to get a parking spot in front of Chanel in Yorkville and after browsing their stock I walked over to Holts to see what this location had in stock. Guess who the only one to greet me was? The doorman/security. Two sales ladies in the front reviewing paperwork and three huddled by the shoe doorway chatting among themselves. No other customers in store, and zero interest in the only one that just walked in. Snotty uninterest from the 2/3 when I asked to take a look at something in the window, the one that did 'help' tried to pawn be off to the other with no success. I've never experienced sales reps like this. Loyal customer to Chanel for years, pieces older than some of the young ladies working there. Decided to walk back to Yorkville to make my purchase. Did I look a hot mess, yes! Was I wearing anything designer on me? Absolutely not, I'm running errands during a workday, wallet in hand. One's appearance should no longer be a judgement of whether or not a good potential client just walked in, esp. considering today's fashion! No problem getting help at LV downstairs either, they were lovely. Literally just these Chanel girls. Humble yourselves ladies after all you're at work, an employee, you don't own the brand. Their stock wasn't much anyway and I took my sale back to Yorkville where they were lovely both times I walked in that day looking that same hot mess!

As a loyal Chanel client, I was surprised by the unprofessionalism of a female Sales Associate today at the Holt Renfrew location (Nov 19 2022) at approximately 3:30pm. Honestly, for a luxury brand, this is unacceptable. She spoke down to me, clear attitude and very disrespectful. Also, she was incompetent and definitely not a brand ambassador, minimal knowledge. Will never give this location business. I went to the Yorkville boutique instead. Much more professional.

I've read far too many negative reviews for this and the flagship location, however I finally decided to visit the Bloor St. Chanel store today and was pleasantly surprised by their service. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by one of their SA's. My purchase process was seamless and I will be back at this location for my next purchase.
