Such a wonderful experience, our sales associate Radha was so patient and took her time explaining different features of each bag. She spent an hour+ with us and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was so kind and friendly and helped us choose our new perfect classic Chanel bag. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and our beautiful purchase!

I had a terrible experience at this store. The makeup artists are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was shocked at how unprofessional the makeup artists was at this store. Safa was the one who did my makeup, I am telling she did it so horrible I could do better than her. Please don’t come here if you are planning to come to this Chanel. I asked if she could add wings to my eyes she said it would not look good one me, she is the makeup artist she goes with what I want not what she wants.

Really bad customer service. There's literally more security guards than customer service reps. They don't bother greeting you and the security stares as if you're holding their children as hostage whenever you even look in the direction of an item.They are more concerned with no one leaving the store with an item than trying to sell you anything.

I’ve visited this store 3 times in the past month trying to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and a wallet. Each time, I couldn’t get anyone to assist me and felt like the staff were just looking around for the high rollers walking in. The third visit, I interrupted a sale and said “when you’re finished, can I please get some assistance?”. The sales person ended up sending someone else over to help.I had spent some time online and knew what I was looking for, so I asked for several shoe styles in my size. Unfortunately the styles ran a bit big and they didn’t have the next size down.I asked if Yorkville had them in stock and she said I’d have to call or go there myself to check because they don’t have access to stock at other stores. Really? It’s almost 2024 and their system can’t check inventory at other stores in Canada? Any other store would have at least called for me.I then asked if they could order the shoes I wanted and she said that they don’t do that.After that disappointment, I went to look at the small wallets but stock was low and I was disappointed about the shoes so I left.Overall I felt uncomfortable in the store.

Is it CHANEL?1. The store associates will just be nice to you on your face.Tip: Talk to them and then walk away keep your eyes and ears open, they will talk about you, whisper about you all the time.2. The official language for this store is not English.In nutshell they are just paid actors.Won't recommend at all.

On October 20th, I spent 15thousand dollars at this location within 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes, the person assisting me (South Asian man) was full of attitude.When I told him that he has too much attitude, no one even could apologize for it. When you spend this much money at a luxury brand, you expect good costumer service. This location doesn’t have that. In fact, a gas station will give you better service then them.

Took a week or so and couldn't get a hold of someone to check for Chanel slingbacks. I went into the store and JB helped me out. He had one pair left in the colour and size I wanted - purchased! Would recommend going into the store and personally meeting an SA - it's more efficient than calling and asking. He was super nice, really informative, very pleasant to work with!

This store gives Chanel a bad name and reputation. Rude and absolutely terrible customer service. Condescending and nothing but attitude. If you buy something, they fake being nice to you until you leave, only to treat you like trash the next time. This store needs to be shut down, and everyone here fired. If you love Chanel and want to get something from them in the GTA, do yourself a favour and make your way to their flagship store at Yorkville where they treat everyone with the dignity and respect that customer's of the luxury brand deserve.

So I purchased jewelry and leather goods here. My salesperson Jennie was phenomenal and gracious. However, I do feel uneasy in this establishment. The security and workers seem on edge as if theft is impending. It doesn't serve for a relaxed, comfortable shopping experience. Staff were pleasant, but I don't feel welcomed.As I was exiting, I noticed a sales associate staring at my shoes and glaring at me. I already purchased my products so I didn't care, but the kicker is this: YOU ARE A SALES ASSOCIATE making $60k, you can't even afford my purchasers? Relax, my friend?.Chanel, if you are reading this: re-train your staff at Yorkdale or fire them. They're ruining your brand. Stop making people feel awkward ?

ZERO STAR. Extremely terrible customer service of a sale person (look like the young south Asian girl with short hair). Selling expensive products at the most developed country Canada but providing A SERVICE OF THE LOWEST DEVELOPED COUNTRY (rude and not in proper manner). People living in the least developed country don’t have that behaviour.Chanel company only need a website to sell products online or a store with security guards. Customers can cash by themselves. NO NEED FOR AN UNEDUCATED SALE PERSON WITHOUT A MANNER. It is a waste of money.
