First off, I would like to say thank you Greg and Natalie and the rest of the team for the wonderful customer service they both provided. I was able to finally get my dream So Kate’s that I’ve been saving up for some time and they helped assist me. One word of advice: LISTEN TO THEIR SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS! I thought I needed to size up due to how tight and narrow they fit but they all assured me my true size with fit like a glove once the width stretches out and they were right. Had I gone up a size, I would’ve wasted my money with heels that slip out from the back and possibly cause an injury, so thank you team for your help. Side note: I noticed some of the negative reviews are very racially motivated, especially the guy that said the store should move to Chinatown. Let me just add that I noticed the staff were nice to ALL ethnicities that were inside while I was shopping and their stellar service should not be tainted with hypersensitive people who expects employees to bend over for their every step.

I had an amazing experience at Christian Louboutin, thanks to Greg. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. His sense of style and attention to detail made it so easy to find the perfect pair of shoes. I felt truly valued as a customer and appreciated his genuine interest in helping me make the right choice. Recently purchased my first pair of louboutins, although I love them the service at the store could have been nicer, especially if I am paying such a price. I have even had better service at Steve Madden. Every time I asked about a style or a size, it seemed like a big hassle. There was a young gentleman that was also present in the store and although he was not directly assisting me, he was very kind. However the lady assigned to assist me was not. I felt maybe because I look young and was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie she did not take me seriously or thought I was not going to buy. She seemed like she just wants me out of the store. Only after I decided on the shoe I want she became very nice. Please don’t judge a book by its cover, people do not take the time to dress up just to go shopping in the mall.

I had a disappointing experience at the Christian Louboutin store in Yorkdale, primarily due to poor customer service from an employee named Joe. I purchased a pair of black shoes for my sister's birthday, but after realizing they didn’t match her dress, I returned three days later to exchange them for the same shoes in a different color. The shoes were untouched. Upon arrival, the staff’s attitude was immediately rude. An older gentleman was on the floor with a cold face directed me to Joe, who, with a condescending tone, refused the exchange, claiming the shoes had a scratch. I explained that they were never even opened, but Joe continued to dismiss me, rolling his eyes and shrugging his shoulders.another employee finally checked the shoes, confirmed they were in perfect condition, and allowed the exchange, though she too had a cold attitude.
This experience reinforced the perception that some salespeople judge customers based on their appearance. I don’t dress to impress sales associates; I value comfort over proving I can afford an item. I urge management to retrain Joe and remind him that his job is to assist customers respectfully, regardless of their appearance. We spend money to give you business, not to be treated poorly by staff.

Terrible customer service. I came in here with the full intention of purchasing the Sweet Janes but no one helped me. The workers were an old blonde lady and an old man. I walked out without anyone asking if I needed assistance. I’m definitely purchasing anymore and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am a customer at the Yorkdale store but I had a terrible experience today. I went to the store to return a pair of shoes never worn and they told me that was a scratch and they could not return it. I felt like a scam . I am really disappointed and never will buy anything from them anymore.

Came by to look for a pair of matching shoes for my fiancé and I for our wedding. We were assisted by Robert, who is very knowledgeable, patient and made the experience very memorable.He went above and beyond to make sure we got the shoes we loved. I highly recommend him for anyone shopping here. And I will definitely be shopping with him the next time im looking for another pair of red bottoms!

Late with the review but OMG what lovely people. Was buying my first pair of "Loubs" . We were on the QEW highway to the Yorkville store and was reading their reviews (awful) . We very quickly turned around and headed to Yorkdale Mall store. So glad we did! Maryna was so welcoming and helpful, made sure I tried on multiple pairs and sizes to get EXACTLY what I wanted. Great service and love my shoes

Terrible customer service. had a horrible experience with the blonde lady that works there. i tried on a pair of boots and noticed there was a problem with the zipper and she blamed it on me and accused me of ruining it !!! she was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.
