“I spoke to Wan over the phone before heading over to Soft Comp and he seemed knowledgable and committed enough to be worth my time.I'm very good with computers and have never run into an issue that I couldnt solve from virus to rebooting loops, cpu overload u name it.The problem I was having was in BIOS or so I thought. To make a long story short, I shared conversations with 3 guys there who were all very informative and only charged me pennies for their time.It didn't feel like I went to a repair shop it felt like I was helped by friends.”

“Poppy and Graham are award winning for a reason! Their customer service is next-level brilliant. They are brilliant at communicating – clear, timely, human and friendly. I especially appreciated them giving me a ring when they had to close early so I had time to pick up my laptop. I had some very sensitive files on my work laptop and from the outset they were very clear about how they would safeguard them. I have mobility issues and their shop is all one level and you can park right outside – super helpful. They are honest, kind, friendly people who obviously have the technical skill and experience to manage many jobs. They are transparent and clear about costs (which are very reasonable) from the outset as well as how long things will take. They have a quick turn around and will prioritise jobs if they are urgent. I’ve tried quite a few other local computer companies and I’ve never felt that I could trust that they weren’t just taking me for a ride. But Poppy and Graham couldn’t be more different - I feel entirely comfortable with them and with entrusting my tech in their very capable hands. It was really refreshing to be able to deal with a woman in this very male dominated industry. I’ve already recommended them to a handful of friends and will be going back myself whenever I need to.”

“I was initially going to leave a negative review but, I changed my mind thanks to 2 employees. Yesterday I bought an iPad Pro Cover yesterday but turns out I was supposed to get the iPad 10th Gen cover instead. What's worse is that I didn't have a receipt with me because whoever checked me out didn't understand a word of English, didn't try to communicate with me, and didn't give me my receipt.So last night, after learning my mistake, I called the store and a customer rep by the name of Susan, helped set aside my worries by confirming that I could use my proof of purchase via my credit card to make a refund.What's more is that when I got to the store, an employee by the name of Amanda helped me put immediately through my credit card, and instead of going the full refund route, she helped me to get a proper exchange for what I wanted.This is a good store, with even better employees.”

“I first came upon this company while searching for a keyboard on eBay. As it turns out they don't deal with the public per se. The deal strictly on eBay as a wholesaler but I managed to get in touch with them to find an illuminated keyboard for a Fujitsu lifebook computer. Albeit the keyboard was used but they offered a 30-day warranty on it and I'm going to take them up on it as soon as I'm physically able to do a pickup. I recommend them highly if you're looking for keyboards for computers they seem to stack every known computer keyboard known to mankind. You'll find them on eBay or else just look them up in the phone book and leave a message. I recommend them highly.”
