This company led me on for 18 days. I first contacted them on July 11, 2025. After telling me they were available for my move date, August 14 and giving me a quote, they informed me today, July 30, that they were not available for August 14.
Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Our family has been using different movers across Canada for the past 20 years, I would say Consolidated Movers is the best overall . Our family has two moving requests two days in a row, Craig and Alonzo were so efficient, friendly and very professional. All items were handled with care. I will definitely recommend.

The company shows its best professionalism - very efficient, on time and treat your furitures like theirs. It took less time than I expected and the pricing was very reasonable (same or even lower than some small companies)! It is a pleasurable experinece indeed!

DO NOT BOOK A MOVE WITH CONSOLIDATED MOVING & STORAGE!!! In May 2021 I booked a move for June 30th. On June 29th I was told that they did not have a booking for me in their system. I was told by Jackie to book another moving company on my own. I was also offered an alternative date of July 2nd. After arranging with my landlord I called her back immediately and booked for July 2nd. Two hours later, I received an email from Melanie stating July 2nd was no longer available and was again told to find another company to move me. Luckily, I secured a booking with another company for Sun, July 4th. Not only was I disappointed once by Consolidated, but I was also disappointed TWICE by them in one day.

I used Consolidated for 4 moves in only a few months. They were great, very careful with my things, on time, polite, worked hard, very efficient, good ideas. I'm really glad that I chose them!

I am 94 and recently moved out of my house in Muskoka after 50 years! During our 66 years of marriage, my wife (who passed away five years ago) and I had collected a sizeable, eclectic assortment of furniture and chattels.Fortunately, last month, when I sold the house and moved to Guelph, our children’s and grandchildren’s families were interested in enjoying much of this assortment. But this posed a challenge – to move these items to five separate destinations: one in Manitoba and four in southern Ontario. Our eldest daughter had used Consolidated Moving for a move in Toronto and recommended that they handle the southern Ontario portion of my move.Consolidated sent up a smaller truck for the two Toronto sites and a larger truck for the Guelph/Fergus sites. Joe, Mario and their three crew team members loaded both trucks in under three hours the first morning and the following morning unloaded them at the four sites within two hours, with raves from each of the four recipients.Consolidated Moving were the PERFECT choice.On Planning they were a 10.On Promptness they were a 10.On Execution they were a 10.On Willingness they were a 10.On Understanding they were a 10.On Accommodation they were a 10On Value they were a 10.My daughter adds that she would rate them a 10 for sense of humour.And thank you to Jackie for her expert coordination.

Excellent service! I had requested a move of a 160lb professional table from my basement Mario and his team fit me into their busy schedule and moved it working as a team Jackie in the office was very friendly and accommodating. Would use them again. Highly recommend!

Consolidated Movers are exceptional! I have used them for the last 2 moves from my cottage to city to cottage, + use their storage facilities. They are always on time or even early, all the guys are so friendly and accommodating and never complain or take breaks. They are the best!The last move was on July 31st to my cottage and they drove up from Toronto and moved my belongings from storage. They said it was the best move they've ever had. When they were done, they looked so hot and I told them to go jump in the lake to cool off, and they all did! ha ha. They had the best time. Also thanks to Jackie at the Box Spot for all the logistics and administration, she's the best! Thank you guys!I recommend you to everyone. Christine

I recently sold and bought a residence within Toronto. My original closing date was changed to ten weeks earlier, so I had to quickly find a moving company. I thought of Consolidated who had moved my household 16 years earlier. Jackie, the office contact, was able to fit me in on the date I needed. Their affiliated company, The Box Spot, provided excellent advice on the size of boxes for various items. Marvin and his team did a perfect job in moving furniture, carpets, boxes, etc. This company is truly worthy of five stars!
